Diamante roofing and exterior

I had a very poor experience when I hired Diamante roofing and exterior . The sales representative Ricardo gave me what I believed to be a great deal. He told me a set date for all new siding to be installed on my house per the manufacturer specifications. I paid half of the balance up front for materials. The finish date came and went. I then began discovering work that I believe to be unacceptable including installing underlayment over a rotten section of the house and only repairing after I brought it to their attention. The drip edge / flashing that attaches to the cement slab was installed with expanding foam, causing this to lift. Siding began falling off underneath the soffit on the lower level. It was determined that it was installed improperly using silicone , and this actually voided the manufacturer warranty per a manufacturer rep inspection. I have attached the emails with the report further detailing the work. Also during the demo stage , one of my soffits was damaged and left opened for an extended period of time. It was also found that the upper level corner posts were installed incorrectly and became an issue when I hired another company to replace my roof. I then had a leak from my new roof. I called the roofing company back, and they determined it was most likely due to the lack of siding that Diamante didn’t install. On September 18th Casey called my wife and I to let us know the contract had been “canceled” . We did not sign any cancellation agreement and now Diamante roofing has refused to return our original payment and is refusing to complete any further work and repairs they were obligated to do.
