To get my wife's car detailed while she was out of town, I called what turns out to be a national referrer for auto detailers, Xpert Auto Detailers. One week ago they set me up with an appointment for this morning with Justin Hall of Dedication Ultd LLC. As of this morning, no show, no call, no nothing. So, I called Justin at the number provided. From the sounds of it, I'm pretty sure I got him out of bed. He asked me when I'd like to schedule my detailing. I told him it was already scheduled--for a half hour ago. He said he'd received no such information. On the other hand, Xpert Auto Detailers said they sent him essentially the same email they sent me. So, somewhere this broke down. Xpert didn't send the email. Justin didn't recv the email. Justin didn't pay attention to the details in the email. Whatever the case, I won't use Xpert or Justin again in the future.
Description of Work: Failed to show up for a scheduled appointment.
