flooring contractor
 + -1 moreInitially my wife and I went to the Floor Trader to purcase wood flooring and vinyl tile for our home. They recommended John Prosen to do the install. He contacted us and we agreed on a price to do the wood flooring and tiling. His workers came and installed the wood floors. At that time John asked to get paid for the wood flooring portion and so we paid him that amount only. When it came to the tile work that's when the problems with the no-shows started.. I have to initiate the phone call to see if he is coming. The only time he calls is to push our appointment back to another date and then does not show up. Again this has been going on for over a month. The Floor Trader recommended this installer. I will never do business with John Prosen or his company again
Description of Work: Nothing. He was contracted to install our vinyl tile over a month ago. John Prosen, owner, makes appointments and has pushed us back several times. This latest appointment, today, 8/4/13, he did not show up after promising that he would be here this time and complete the job. The wife and I waited and waited, no phone call .....nothing. I have made numerous phone calls to him today but he doesn't return my calls.
