Dawn provided a multi stemmed orchid plant with other tropical plants in a gorgeous arrangement. I've got a number of compliments on the planting. Not only did she do a wonderful job of providing a long-lasting plant, but she also worked with us to make sure the wording on the card reflected our feelings and wishes at this difficult time. We would definitely turn to her for our flower needs in the future!

POOR QUALITY FLOWERS!!! Dawns Creations delivered a pretty bouquet early afternoon on Monday, however the premium flowers were dead in less than 40 hours, leaving the cheaper flowers still blooming. I added water both days and have a cool, air conditioned office, so I was very surprised when I came in early Wednesday morning and all the roses and the large Gerber daisy were drooping and dead. I immediately cut the stems, added completely new fresh water, but it did not revive the flowers. The most disappointing thing was my experience when I called to let them know. I assumed that a florist that put time and effort to produce something that was different from the standard fare would want to know that the flowers used were poor quality and the arrangement didn't even last two days.. After all, anyone can put flowers together, but someone who creates a beautiful bouquet usually has pride in their work and wants it to last. I wasn?t looking for a new arrangement - not sure I was looking for anything other than to let them know that the flowers used were clearly poor quality or old so they would know and be able to consult their supplier. I began speaking with the owner, Dawn, who stopped talking to me in mid sentence when I stated that the flowers were dead, and handed the phone over to her employee, who immediately began blaming my care on the dead flowers. It was clear this is not the first time someone called to let them know about poor quality / old flowers. However she did tell me that they get new flowers on Tuesday. My flowers were delivered on Monday, so clearly a week old before they ever landed in a bouquet. As a business owner, I would want to know if a customer had a reasonable issue with my product. They were completely unconcerned that their arrangement, which by the way was NOT cheap, had issues. I get flowers out of the bucket at Sam?s that last longer and are of better quality than the ones used in this arrangement. I will never use them again, not because of the dead flowers, but because of the customer experience. BUYER BEWARE!!! They take your money and run!!! If you use them, order your bouquet on Wednesday when the flowers are fresh.

I had a friend in ICU at Penrose Hospital. I am new in the area and went on Angie's list to find a florist. I chose Dawn's Creations and I am so very glad I did. She listened to my wishes and needs and had the flowers delivered within two hours, which was very important for the timing required. I had other friends who were in the room when the flowers were delivered. They said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful.

This is the third time I have used Dawn's. Their arrangements are beautiful and their staff is very courteous and professional. They always ensure that flowers are delivered to the person and not left on the door step. I will definitely continue to use them for all my flower needs.

She is good. She does an arrangement and she'll send you status on them via email. They are all individually done and you can tell her what you want in it. She'll take a picture of it and once its done she'll send it to you and after your approval she'll send it out for delivery.
