Deck was not put in properly, after only a few months the trim had come up and pieces of the deck were warping. Before laying the sod, a minimum amount of topsoil was put on, not enough to fulfill the code we later found out, and was left uncovered for days while the wind blew most of it away and it was not replaced, but the sod was laid anyway. Sprinkler system installed was not installed correctly, needing to be fixed by homeowner, and electrical cable laid to the backyard to the site of the future shed was not to code and needed to be removed per an electrician. When confronted with this, the owner of the business got upset that the homeowner had an electrician come and inspect the electrics (for purposes of an air conditioner installation).
Curious as to why homeowner had not seen the workmen show up at the house for two weeks, She followed one of the trucks she saw driving through her neighborhood and saw they were going to different projects in the area instead of finishing her project after it had been months overdue.
Hands-down the most unprofessional group of cowboys the homeowner had ever worked with.
