Graciously came back, quickly fixed it. The original work was great.

Very thorough & professional job, took several weeks overall but took care of the problem, from the outside source to the inside-attic issues. Did a very thorough, on-site, no-obligation free analysis & estimate up front. Had all the licenses, liability insurance, warranty etc. Very friendly, and knowledgable & scientific as far as these "critters" go.

Great on the phone.  Came out right away.  Did a thorough inspection and recommended a one-way door to allow a squirrel family to leave and not re-enter.  Was concerned about the size of the babies and took precautions to ensure they were able to get out on their own and not die when mama left and couldn't get back in.  After all squirrels exited, they came back and sealed off all openings and mitigated other possible entry points.  Great to work with.  I did not receive their invoice immediately through the computer system and called them to ensure the bill was paid.   They also sent pictures of each item fixed.  No more squirrels!  Thank you!

Installed two one-way doors on attic holes to remove squirrels that had invaded my attic for over a year. Once the squirrels were gone which was fairly fast, they came back and sealed the holes with metal flashing. Issac even painted some of the more visible flashing to match the house.
Squirrels are gone. Holes covered. Happy homeowner!

Went well except for our dog eating the rat poison.  They come back and provided more traps which we put in the front yard where the dog couldn't get them.

Assessed the home with multiple photos and made suggestions regarding where steps should be taken to prevent rodent access and took multiple photos to document places of potential rodent access.  Set out poisonous bait outside the foundation (as well as spraying inside)...resulted in at least one rodent death.

It went very well, I'm just wondering why they haven't called me back. It seems like it has been longer but I honestly don't know. But, when they came out, they did a very good job. They were excellent. I liked that it was local, the owner was there. They were very thorough and cleaned everything. They showed me additional service that I needed but I really needed it. They were very good.

Excellent work. They were punctual and completed the work in a timely manner. They came back to complete some additional work, and this was done professionally and at a reasonable price.
They worked with us to schedule times that were convenient for us.

All of the guys from Critter Control were super professional in their dealings with us. They were concerned for our situation and were upfront with us about everything. They were here when they said they would be, and were very concerned for our comfort throughout the process. They weren't able to match our wall textures, as they were hand textured walls, but they told us that upfront, so we were able to line someone up for that part of the job right away. They did a great job of repairing the damage to our home, and did it in a way that should (hopefully) prevent further raccoon break-ins. We would have trusted them to do the work even in our absence.

They did a great job.  They're on time.

It was great.  We had some ants reappear and they came back and haven’t seen any ants since.  They gave me an estimate to fix things where they thought critters could come in and it was extremely high.  The price was wonderful.  They are going to come twice a year to spray.
