Excellent. Ben first comes out and assesses the job and provides a quote for the three different level of services. I would strongly recommend anyone at least select the Deluxe (middle) level; at this level they vaccum, use their fast dry equipment, and clean the ducts a few inches down from all vents. The professionalism, timliness, quality of work, concern for the customer experience and reasonable price for the level of work performed were all outstanding. They will not be the least expensive alternative, but you will not get a better value for the quality of work performed.

Excellent service! I have had them pick up my rugs, clean them and return them twice. Both times, the service was punctual, courteous and the quality of work was excellent. They have also just recently cleaned my parent's carpeting, also exceptional service!

GREAT! When Ben got into the project and tested all of drywall, we discovered the mold was only on the surface so no tear out was needed of the ceiling, walls, and shower walls/tiles. He cleaned everything properly, repainted with a special mold-resistant paint, and wiped down all of the walls with a special cleaning product. So instead of $3800 from the first contractor and $1200 from Ben's initial bid, he ended up only needing to charge us $500! He also cleaned all of the carpets in our 5BR 2800 SF price for a great deal. 110% pleased with his professionalism, communications, honestly, integrity, and work.

Ben and his team did an excellent job cleaning all the flooring in our office space

We approached Creative carpet care and restoration about doing some eco-friendly carpet cleaning. We have 4 dogs and a baby so our carpet takes a beating, but we still want to be environmentally friendly. They were able to accommodate our request and did an excellent job, and did it in a timely fashion.

They were very good and very professional. I have been using them for over a year now and they are always diligent timely and cost effective.

I would recommend them for commercial and residential properties. I have recommended them to my family and friend and they have all been satisfied.

They met me and we reviewed everything. They gave suggestions and were honest about they could and could not do.

I called to schedule a time and left a message.  Received a call back within the day and was able to schedule within the week.  Ben showed up early for the appointment which was ok, we went over what needed to be done, he gave me an estimate which was appropriate for what needed to be done.  There were several pet stains that were treated and all looked great when everything was done.  It took a bit longer for the carpet to dry then estimated but the weather was chilly and we couldn't leave the windows open to help with the drying.  The service and handling of all aspects were done very professionally.  This is the second time I have used this company and have been satisfied both times.

It was a very professional team (brothers) who came and performed the services.  They are very polite and clean cut.  I never worried about them being in the house.  They took great care in cleaning up after they performed the service.  They were the best priced by far on the market.  I would recommend them to anyone.

I love this team, so much and only wish I had always used them. Their prices are so affordable, and they do such an amazing job. They consistently get stains out that other providers said they couldn't get out. They always go above and beyond. I think the best part, though, is that I feel really secure leaving them alone to clean, while I go do other stuff. They are such honest people. That means the world to me.

I was having a new tenant move in within a week and the carpet between 2 rooms had many ripples in it that needed to be stretched out.  Creative Carpet contacted one of their contractors to come out within a day of my calling to make an appointment.  The guy and his helper were very professional, friendly, informative and explained what they needed to do before they started the work.  They arrived exactly at the time they indicated and even took off their shoes before entering the apartment.  I was very happy with the end result and would highly recommend them.  I would definitely call them for any other work that I need done with my carpeting.  The price was also reasonable.

I've had them come to clean my carpets twice now.  After the first visit I decided I should have them come for carpet cleaning in the future because they did such a great job. I have tile in most of the house but have carpet on our stairway and hallway at the top.  Both times they came I was very pleased and they did a good job.
