Cost Cutters - Power Point Center

I have been going to this salon for 6+ years.  I had been going to one stylist for that whole time.  She recently got promoted-which I was happy for her but sad for me.  I decided to try one of the other stylists that has been there for years.  The first appointment was fine.  She was on time and did a decent job.  The second appointment (I always schedule mine) she was not ready when I got there.  I waited and watched as she slowly worked and visited with the person in the chair.  After almost 15 minutes I rescheduled.  I make appointments, because I am busy and do not have time to sit and wait because someone else made the stylist late.  I came back for the new appointment and arrived 5 minutes early.  I was told Jasmine was there but in the back eating lunch.  I waited until amost 10 minutes after my appt time and asked that she be told I was there.  I should have left.  She cut my hair and absolutly butchered it!  Uneven, too short in spots!  I did not realize until I'd gone home and washed and styled it (i never have them style it there).  I called another location closer to me and she fixed it the best she could.  I don't know if this was Jasmine's way of punishing me or what.  Very disappointing.
