COMPUTER SYSTEMS RESOURCES INC

I had a laptop that was having battery issues. I had already bought a new battery and power cord, but the laptop would not charge the battery . I called them in the morning and told them my issue. They told me to bring it in and that they would be able to take care of me. It would be $75 to diagnose the problem. When I brought it in, the Service Manager did some voltage tests and told me i had a bad battery. He said if it wasnt the battery that I may as well go ahead and buy a new laptop. I explained to him the situation AGAIN and that I had bought a new battery and power cord and I know that is not the issue. He told me that without a new battery, there was nothing he could do for me and when i pressed him that they are a repair shop and why dont they get a battery, he told me he was going to buy an $80 battery to test my computer aka figure out what is causing the problem. So I left. Afterwards, I called back to speak with the person I talked to in the morning with no resolution. Its bad when you try to give a business money to figure out a problem and they dont want to do the work or try to get you to just buy a new laptop.

They were recommended through a friend. We went there and purchased a computer for our business. And the main selling point to buying from them was that they were local and offered on-site repair service. About a month after we bought the computer it crashed. I was in the middle of a huge project that had a deadline. And when I called them for service they told me they couldn't come out for a week. I talked to the owner and explained to him my problem. He was extremely rude, unhelpful and uncooperative. It was the worst customer service I have ever gotten.
