Computer Systems Resources Inc.is a locally owned and operated store located in downtown Colorado Springs. With over 25 years in the computing industry, we are the longest standing singly owned computer store in the area. Our superior experience and knowledge allow us to provide you with the highest quality service and support in the industry. Speaking of quality, our computers are the epitome of quality. Made from the best products in the industry, our computers represent the best in reliability and performance. Computer Resources future will consist of maintaining the standard of quality that we have always subscribed to. As well as expanding our product line to include more manufactured products and services. We plan to have service technicians on the road for immediate response to your calls. And our in-store service center will also be increased to meet the demands of our customers. Computer Resources stocks brand name computers as well as our own branded desktop computers. We carry products made by the best in the industry with the best manufacturer warranties. Our technicians are Microsoft Certified Professionals and hold various certifications from Microsoft for Windows and Windows Server. Here are our service rates: IN-STORE SERVICE: $75 per hour (minimum 1 hour for most services) ONSITE NON-NETWORK SERVICE: $95 per hour (minimum 1 hour) ONSITE NETWORK SERVICE: $110 per hour (minimum 1 hour) SERVICE CONTRACTS Let Computer Resources be your company’s IT department. We can provide you with the maintenance and support best suited for your business to keep your business running smoothly. NETWORKING Successful businesses need successful networks. Computer Resources provides consulting, installation and support services for your network. PC REPAIR Onsite and in-store services available. If you are having hardware, software, or printing issues, we can help. UPGRADES Need to add more RAM or a larger hard drive to your computer? Computer Resources can help recommend and install any needed upgrades. WARRANTY SERVICE We provide warranty service for our CSR branded computing products.
