They started out great with services and friendliness, Gary was great. Recently, there have been issues with communication and who they have run the business side. Natalie is argumentative and flat out rude. She talks over you and doesn't let you speak to communicate the issues. They refused to complete certain tasks at our request that fell under their services. Not sure if they got too busy for the work load they had, but still not my problem. We have them on retainer and pay monthly, there were some issues with the invoices that we were working out with them and they told us they weren't working for us until the invoices got worked out, this was fine with us completely while we ironed out account issues going on. We then tried to get an official amount due from them so we can pay them and they included the month they said they weren't working for us . By the end of the call, she still wasn't giving me the amount I owe them in order for me to write them a check AND they still have one of my computers basically being held hostage. I am trying to pay them and they will not give me the amount owed. Natalie got so argumentative with me, I finally had to hang up the phone. So unprofessional.

Gary not only worked diligently on our issues, but went well beyond . He and Natalie kept us informed on progress, trained us on our new installs and offered more training if needs. We highly recommend Compu10 for all your computer needs. He is the best in the area.

Garry went out of his way to assist me with my security software issue.  I contacted him via Angie's list and called me back on a Sunday to assist me.  I went ahead and had Gary clean up my machine which now works great.  Gary came to my house to pick up the unit, completed the work and then brought to my workplace.  He does fantastic work at a fair price.

Whole experience was fabulous.  Came to house to pick-up and return computer.  Helped me on the phone when I had an issue after the repair.  Gary is knowledgeable, kind, prompt and competent.  Would definitely employ them again.  Terrific.

Gary was very professional, punctual, kind, understanding and honest.  He informed me of what was wrong and how he was going to resolve it. He ended up replaced the hard drive after cloning it.  When reinstalling the computer in my home he explained what he did and ways to better manage the system, antivirus explanation, and answered all questions I had. He helped me reinstall some programs I had used so I could continue to use them on the new drive. If you want or need any advice, he is happy to help.

Just got our PC back today.  Very satisfied with the work and professionalism.  We were kept informed regarding the necessary work, with a cost estimate and time of completion.  Now that our PC is cleaned up, I'm going to have Gary work on my laptop as well.

Gary went way beyond the call of duty to fix my wife's laptop. It was basically a dead laptop with only the power light showing. He went to great effort that involved replacing the CMOS battery, the fan, the motherboard, and the CPU. He put in an incredible amount of time and effort to get it working. It required ordering multiple motherboards to get one that worked properly. At each step in the process I was kept in the loop with the progress. The initial price I was quoted stayed intact even though the cost of the time and parts involved greatly exceeded the initial estimate. When Gary finally got it working again he also did some optimization to make it run better. It now runs like it did when it was brand new. I can't say enough about the great work Gary did. This was also the second time I've gone with Compu10. Previously, he fixed my daughter's laptop and did a great job on that as well.

It went really well. He cleaned up all the computer and brought it back and he worked it right here and it's been worked perfect ever since.

Called Gary and requested service.
He returned call same day , listened to my issues and made an appt to come by and pick up machine.  Came by at the agreed upon time and picked up PC.   Tuned up PC by removing cookies and other assorted garbage that had been installed.  Installed a different anti-virus solution, (Avast) and tested system.
Called me and set up an appointment to return PC.  Returned machine at agreed upon time.  I could not test it until a few days later.  When I did I ran into a connectivity issue initially.   I reached out to him via email but in messing around with it, the problem turned out to be a DELL thing where my machine had reset the date/time to default for the machine which caused an issue every time I tried to connect to the internet provider. .  
I fixed it myself and everything works perfectly!   I notified Gary that I had resolved the issue, so he didn't waste any time coming over.  (Although he had already responded and was ready to come by to make any other fixes if we needed it.)  
Great service, very professional and thorough.  I will definitely use him again.   Highly recommend.  BTW I am a computer software engineer by trade so I have had a LOT of experience with PC's.

Gary is very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me the straight scoop on my sad computer, it needed a harddrive replacement and more memory in addition to the malware removal I called about. The price he quoted, once he had looked everything over was quite reasonable. The major improvement in the computer performance is worth every penny. The service is above and beyond anything I've experienced before. He will pick up and deliver and the work was performed in a very timely manner. He installed some cleanup and maintenance tools to keep things running smooth and thoroughly explained their use. I strongly recommend Compu 10 for any type of personal computer issues you are having.

Gary picked up our computer, tuned it up, cleaned it up and made it run like new!  Upon returning the computer to us the next day, he explained what he did, why he did it and gave us several suggestions and hints about how to keep our computer in top shape.  Gary was very personable, knowledgeable, and prompt.  We would highly recommend him  and will definitely call on him again in the future.  Very pleased.

It worked out great. I paid them just the $59 of the big deal. It was easy to get it scheduled. They were very easy to work with.
