This is Mike Smith, our company owner and primary window and door technician. He has worked in the window and door installation and service field for over 10 years and has experience with all major window manufacturers. He is an AAMA Installation Masters program certified instructor who can quickly and efficiently diagnose and correct your window and door problems. Identifying and providing solutions for complicated service issues is one of his specialties. Mike is also highly trained and experienced in locating and correcting water and air infiltration issues. If you have drafty or leaky windows, he can help. Broken window panes or windows that don't open and close correctly? He handles that too! At Complete Window Care, we pride ourselves in offering cost-effective alternatives to complete window replacement (though we offer that service as well) and we aim to serve you in a timely and professional manner. We are fully licensed and insured. We offer free consultations and look forward to servicing all your window and door needs.

Complete Window Care has an excellent service from the time I called them to set up an appointment to the completion of my project. They did a great job in replacing my window. And, office staff who set up my appointment is very courteous and nice. The guys were punctual.

Amy was very responsive in scheduling the appointment. The estimator was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was lower than the other bid I received, but the real reason we went with Complete Window Care was it was evident the company was serious about making happy customers. They did in our case. They did what they said they would do and the results were very pleasing.

Mike was very prompt and professional. He replaced the broken glass pane and cut all the wood trim pieces to fit on many of the windows in my house, both main level and second story. He also advised me of any problems he discovered as he completed his work. He obviously wasn't there to sell me window replacements and I appreciated his advice on the rough condition of some of the windows.
I was very pleased with the work and I most certainly would hire Complete Window Care again and recommend them to anyone who needs window repairs and wants straight talk about whether replacements are needed. You can't go wrong here.

Amy was very helpful in scheduling my inspection and Mike was thorough and very knowledgable. Amy called within two days with the estimate and explained the options for types of glass available and once ordered when they would be available. She was very accommodating. Once the estimate was approved, Amy called when the glass came in and scheduled the installation. Mike showed up promptly for the installation and had everything done within two hours. All the repairs were complete and cleaned-up when they left. If you need windows fixed or window panes replaced, talk to Complete Window Care. They just do repairs, they don't do full window replacement or selling. They were perfect for my needs. I will certainly use them again for any window problems.

I was very pleased with the work performed. This company was able to fix the mechanism of the window rather than having to have our entire window replaced which is what other companies had told us to do. Will definitely use them again!

Came out to look at problems. Was on time and professional. Had good suggestions and very knowledgable. Office called back with pricing the same day as custom sealed unit needed to be obtained. Office called back in a few days (when unit was obtained) to schedule installation and also called the day before installation as a reminder. Installation was done efficiently and installer arrived within the one hour time window.

Excellent company. Mike has worked for us twice -- replacing double pane windows and replacing malfunctioning latches on windows. I love that we aren't throwing entire windows into the landfill, but instead, repairing just the broken parts on existing windows. The repairs that Mike does have restored about ten of our 15-year-old windows to near-new condition, at a fraction of what it would have cost to buy new windows. He is meticulous about what he does and goes to a lot of trouble to make sure he doesn't have to charge for extra materials. I still don't know how he is able to remove the defective glass and put in the good stuff without shattering the plastic mounting. It's like magic!
Next week, he is going to help us out with repairs to some old wooden-frame windows at a condo we own. I have total confidence that they will work like new when Mike gets finished with them.
He and Amy are courteous, pleasant and professional -- everything is done when it is supposed to be, from receiving the estimate, to the actual work itself.
