Comcast Colorado Springs

We went to store and talked to them on the phone.  We were told that only the first year is the reduced price.  We asked about what ,we were told and they said this was the policy now.  We would go to another service except that Comcast own the monopoly on the city.  We were told if you want to try another service go ahead.  We are the only game in town.    The company was rude and so was the person we talked to on the phone.  The person on the phone didn't even live in this country.  I would never recommend this company. If I had a choice in the mater I would go with another company.   By the way we cannot get century link at our house.  We have never had the fiber optic cable work in our neighbor hood.  We were told that we had it got it and were told it is not available in our block.  That is why we went with Comcast 

The first guy they sent out was not friendly and helpful. He called his supervisor and he was fantastic. He knew all about the technology and he did everything, he was excellent. I had to call him out again because we needed to move our system because it was down in our basement. We needed it be relocated to the main level. He left  his business card and I called him and he was excellent.  They did more than what they was required to do. We have a smart TV that we had just gotten and relocated some stuff and they help us with what we should have called Direct TV for. They went above and beyond and I appreciated that.
