In the company's defense, due to the fact that this work was done in 2008, the installer and sales rep may no longer be working with the company. However, I felt it important to share my experience so that, if nothing else, future customers do not encounter the same problems.  Approximately 2 months after my doors were installed, they started falling off the hinges; literally.  Additionally, the lock on one of the doors broke.  I contacted the sales rep on her cell phone at least a half a dozen times over the period of a month, and she never returned my calls.  So much for service after the sale.  In regards to the windows, I have had several neighbors, contractors, and window washers tell me the same thing; your window company cut corners when installing your windows.  Jambs were cut too short on over 50% of our windows, leaving very ugly, unfinished gaps.  Don't make the same mistake we did; find a company whose service is as good as the sale!

Repair was successful and front door & storm door both work well now.  The owner also recommended some gutter and stucco repair above the door and said that they are licensed for that type of work, and that he would send his "stucco guy" by to take a look.  I did not hear anything after about 2 weeks and when I called, they said they did not know when they would be able to come by.  They did not seem to want to engage in any more business with me anytime soon, which surprised me because the owner, Eric, had said that the front door problems were directly a result of gutter deficiencies and that was the cause of the stucco problems as well, and that I should have these issues resolved asap.  Since they were unwilling to commit to scheduling an appointment to address the problem, I told them I would have to contact someone else.  Their only response was "I understand".

I won't do business with them again, not due to their work quality but due to their lack of interest.
