We purchased several Austrian Pines from the "Colorado Tree Farm." They were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire project (purchase, planting, fertilizing and staking). The quality of their trees is the best in Colorado Springs. I would highly recommend this company if you want to work with a company that is customer oriented and professional every step of the way.

The CTFN people arrived on time, checked in at the front door and went right to work! We did a quick review of which trees went where, and they took it all from there. They had a 3 man crew and also heavy duty gas powered tree carriers which brought the tree--one at time--to the holes the crew had dug first using equipment to drill the holes and then dug the broken up loose soil manually. The entire process did not take long at all---they are fast and efficient but they are not slapdash--hurry up and leave.....They make certain all is done properly.....Then they review the job with you and if you have any concerns, they take care of it. Once they have made certain you are completely satisfied, you are presented your invoice. Very friendly crews, neatly groomed, clean trucks, and they clean up any mess before they leave without having to be reminded.....The foremen are good and know their stuff, but then and most importantly, they make sure that their knowledge is carried out and brought into being on your project. The men work well together --no horsing around--no wasted time, and they are careful with your lawn and other existing items. They park in the street--not in the driveway, and will not disrupt your neighbors or your street in spite of the fact that the operate some large trailers which are loaded up with many trees for several stops and these are loaded carefully and properly so as to avoid damage during each day's route and locations. This company is family owned and operated and no doubt you have or will see many high ratings for it. Purchased a 20' Royal Mountain Ash and had it planted in our yard. I do not remember the actual date of the purchase/delivery but the Tree was delivered when promised and in very good condition. The people who delivered and planted the tree for us were very professional and explained the care/feeding of the tree. They dug the hole (in very hard ground) planted the tree and then cleaned up after themselves as if the tree had been there for years.

We went on their website www.coloradotreefarmnursery.com so that we could view trees and details. We went to the location and discussed what we were looking for and picked out the trees we liked. They were very helpful and gave us great information of what trees would work where we lived. We set a date for delivery of trees. They delivered and planted the trees and did a great job. As a family owned tree farm they really seemed to treat us like family. We will buy any trees we need from the Heidrich's Colorado Tree Farm Nursery.

I approached Levi last October wanting a Weeping Cherry Tree. Very delingent in finding the exact tree I wanted. I've in our area of Colorado, this is the only place I shop (tried all the others nurseries). I would recommend to everyone. True professionals, they love their work, which makes shopping at the business joyful

I visited Heidrich's Colorado Tree Farm after viewing their website. I was very impressed with the variety and inventory of trees. I was looking for a couple specific items. One items was not available and the other was limited in quantity on premis. I responded rather disappointedly.
They were quick to suggest some alternatives and showed me trees I might like. Then they jumped on the phone to check quantities of the ground cover planted I requested. Within a short wait the 20 additional plants I wanted were brought over from their cultivator.
I found this to be a high quality experience.

It is family owned. The people are very knowledgeable about the trees and plants. I can ask them anything and they will give me whatever information I need. It is very well organized. It is just a nice place to go. In Colorado I have to really know what to plant and that is why it is good to go to places that are knowledgeable. I might think that something is beautiful and that it might look lovely in my yard, but the maintenance maybe very high. That is why nurseries are really good. They will tell you which will grow good in which soil. We have terrible soil here. When we landscaped our property here, we put in thousands of dollars of pine trees. Then we had a drought and we had insects going through. We lost more than half of these trees that we had. We don't get as much rain as some other places. Their price is competitive.
