The technician showed up on time and quickly replaced the broken sprinkler and made the requested adjustments. After looking into the leak in the junction box, he said the piping would have to be rebuilt but that he did not have time to do so today. The technician said that he (or someone at Colorado Springs Sprinkler Company) would call us to set up an appointment to complete the work. He said that today’s work and the to-be-scheduled junction box repairs would be billed together when the company returned to make the junction box repairs. We never heard back, however, so the requested work was never completed. Sometimes things fall through the cracks, so after several months we decided to give Colorado Springs Sprinkler Company a second chance. On Nov. 15, 2017, we called and scheduled an appointment for Nov. 20, 2017. No one ever showed up, and no one called us to let us know what happened or to reschedule. After twice being stood up by Colorado Springs Sprinkler Company with no explanation and no apology (and no contact from the company whatsoever), we felt we had no choice but to schedule the repairs with one of Colorado Springs Sprinkler Company’s competitors. It’s unfortunate, as the work that the technician actually completed on April 11, 2017 was good, but for some reason Colorado Springs Sprinkler Company doesn’t seem interested in doing business with us.
