I was on hold for a long time before they took my call and made the appt. I decided to call around and discovered the quote was much higher than other local competitors. I tried to cancel the appt. online but an error message came up. I called again to cancel and was on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up. But I am nervous because I gave them my credit card # to hold the appt. I guess I should know better than to get work done my corporate franchises rather than local folks.

They were very punctual and finished 30 minutes before they estimated. I've had my new windshield for 3 months now and have had no issues whatsoever. Everyone was friendly and very professional.

My car was broken into on a Saturday morning and it was snowing/rainy weather. Even though their shop was very busy, they accommodated me and got my car right in for glass replacement.

We got an e-mail with a picture and name of the technician on Monday morning. The fact that they did this made me feel very comfortable. AAron was on time and replaced the window in about 1 hour. He totally cleaned up all the glass. He thought there might be a problem with the wiper mechanism and suggested I call our insurance agent to let them know. This whole service call was handled very professionally and in a very timely manner. I would definately use this company again if we ever have another problem like this.

The whole experience was great and considering all we had to get done before we left, it was nice to have it go smoothly. Made the appointment on line and used the angies list coupon (yea!) for $20 off which I applied really toward the $24 service charge for the technician come to my house and replace the windshield in my driveway. Talk about convenience!!
Safelite sent a confirmation email with the window of time they would be arriving and the technician, Jose Garcia, called to let me know he was on his way. Jose was extremely profession and did a great job. He pointed out where trust had accumulated from the replacement done years ago, primed it to prevent further rusting and cleaned all the windows of the vehicle prior to completing the job.
The price was reasonable, and they were able to fit me in quickly. Great work Safelite. If I have to replace another window, Safelite will be the only place I call.

I called them and got sent to national call center and was put on hold a long time. The person who answer was rude and pushy. He kept insisting that I needed molding, when my car did not have moldings. They kept trying to add on adding on extra charges.

They gave me the quote over the phone. I got an appointment within 2 days. They gave me the correct amount of time for the installation. Everyone was very nice. They also cleaned up the broken glass in my car.
