The communication issues started with the contract and the letter and write up I needed for my HOA. The communication issues continued. Talking to the people he hired to do the jobs had the same issue. I like to be informed of what is going on, the time hack in witch it should be done and why its not getting done. He does not do this you are left to wonder while things don't get done.
Description of Work: Mr. Kerr was the general contractor for the retaining wall I wanted installed in my front yard.
