Horrible experience. Very suspicious. I would never trust them. Very nice on the phone and in person, but rarely followed through on the talk. 1. They were consistently late or no shows at appointments. Although they almost always had an excuse--a worker quit on them, car accident etc.--the only thing we could count on was that it would require multiple calls and appointments for them to finally show up. 2. After a simple service call to replace the pump motor, our entire boiler (which was old) suspiciously failed completely and leaked water all over the basement. Since we were not in town, we had to have a nearby family member supervise their work. I cannot help but think that Colo Mech took advantage of the situation and upsold parts and services that were not needed. 3. After installation was "completed", they failed to re-install the gas to the appliances that they had disconnected to access the boiler. 4. Also after installation was "completed", we mysteriously had no heat in part of the house and had to hire another HVAC specialist to complete the job. I have no concrete evidence of wrongdoing as the previous reviewer, but plenty of evidence of incompetence. I recommend all potential clients STAY AWAY.

STOP...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, Colorado Mechanical Services, LLC., Colorado Springs,CO.  Jeremy (aka Jamie) Fitzgerald is the owner.
Contracted them to install a new boiler.  Spec'd out wrong boiler, billed me for different boiler, didn't finish completing the installation.  Gave them ample opportunities to correct problem of installation.  They agreed several times and then never showed up or when they did show up to show face, they did not have properly trained staff or equipment. Could not even follow manufacturers installation instructions.  Almost, 1 Year later, No operational Boiler!  The boiler they finally installed failed on them.  They tried to replace parts with used boiler parts.  I had to fire them. They refused to refund me any of the my costs and now pursue legal action.
Now, I  have to now pay for a new contractor to install a new boiler all over again.
Filed complaint with Pikes Peak, Regional Building Department (PPRD) and BBB.  NOTE: They DO NOT  have a license to do any work as of 10 April 2014

This contractor, who claimed to be Master Plumber and Master Electrician, is neither. I not only have to pay for all of the work to be redone, but he caused additional damage.  The code violations are too numerous to list.
I will always check with Regional Building before I have any other work done.  My  hope  is that no one else in our community is part of the fraud committed by this company.
Please be aware that Jeremy Fitzgerald is NOT licensed.

we called the company for an annual inspection. They scheduled it within a week. They called the day of the appointment and reminded us of the time. They came out and inspected the complete heating/ventilation system. Cleaned several areas and advised us on replacing filters, sealing cracks, and inspected a minor drip in the sprinkler system.
