They were quick and so nice. Kept in constant contact to let us know of any delays and every time they would be at our house even if it was just dropping off supplies for the project. Very professional.

Jack presented himself very well during the initial bidding and meetings. However, once he had our deposit we were in real trouble. They don't show up as scheduled, and Jack will not answer calls or return messages for days and until threats are made. The only way I could get responsive action from Jack was to stop payment on a check and threaten legal action. The retainer walls he put in collapsed at the first rain. He re-built them and guaranteed they would withstand any rains in the future. The next rain they collapsed again, but this time he denied ever warranting his work and said to "show him a warranty in writing". The perennials have all faded away and never bloomed. The aspen trees he planted were infested with aphids and we have almost lost them. He charged extra money to seed the property because he said the ground would have to be tilled and prepared. He then did nothing but throw the seeds on the hard ground, threw a little dirt over them in places, and left. We got maybe a 5% coverage on the seeds, the rest washed or blew away. He changed the bid to higher prices after the work was done and added extra charges for items represented to be included in the price. We now have multiple problems from diseased trees to dead plants to erosion issues to collapsed retainer walls, and Jack will not even return phone calls or respond to our requests for information. Don't just stay away from this company - RUN.
