We hired them to install a shower door. It took over a week and me calling and emailing the company for us to even get a quote back. According to the women I spoke with on the phone the gentleman who came out to measure forgot to turn the papers in. As soon as we got the quote we expected it (since we had already wasted over a week with no shower door waiting for this company) and put down a 50% deposit. A week later we got and email, not even a call, that they couldn?t install our shower door. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not zero is because he said sorry and gave us our deposit back. Wish I never would have dealt with this company.

We should have voiced our concerns with your design on the first survey but at that time, your tile work wasn't completed yet and we know how things change during a remodel. As you can tell by our 100+ positive reviews, this is very uncommon for us but regardless, we will talk to those involved to ensure this doesn't happen again. They came for the measurement on time, knew what they were doing-The quote was higher than we discussed but they seemed to think I only needed the glass and not the glass removed and disposed of, so make that clear. Colorado Glass Specialists went out of their way to install new windows as quickly as they possibly could given their huge backlog. Doug, the general manager, is the consummate professional. He was involved every step of the way and always readily available. His crew was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They completely cleaned up the work areas and the windows look great. I would highly recommend them to family and friends!

Colorado Glass Specialists is a good, honest company to work with. They are professional, courteous, get back with you promptly, and have reasonable pricing. I had been looking for a company for quite some time that would replace the glass on two windows with broken seals. The other window companies I reached out to told me they only replace entire windows, not just the glass. Chris, from Colorado Glass Specialists, aims to please and gave me reasonable bids for exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Colorado Glass.
