Colorado Comfort Home Inspection

Very well. I stayed at the home while Anthony did his inspection and he annotated any problems he found with the house.

I hired Antony to inspect my home, I wanted someone who was going to be very detailed, as I was buying an older home and wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Anthony arrived before me to start the inspection on the outside of the house. He was very helpful and informative. He was extremely thorough and went through everything with a fine tooth comb. He walked around the exterior and all around the roof, climbed into all crawl spaces and the attic, and tested everything. His report was extremely thorough, complete with pictures, and was e-mailed to me that evening. He pointed out problems that need to be fixed, suggestions on how to improve things, and every potential safety hazard. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Anthony was the most respectful and clean provider of a home inspection service we have ever experienced or heard of.  Every aspect of his service was excellent.  He even stayed overtime and assisted us in replacing lightbulbs throughout our home.

Great! Anthony has great character and its great that he takes his IPAD around with him taking notes and pictures as he walks, climbs, and crawls around the house. He has very detailed reports and I'm sure this is why.

I am going to preface this whole review with the admission that i do not like writing reviews in the first place, but Anthony's work merits one.  So how was the home inspection you ask?  In a word, it was FANTASTIC!  Anthony was not on time, he was early!  He did a complete home inspection hitting many areas that I feel are often overlooked and put in the extra effort such as tagging essential items in the house such as gas, water and electric shutoffs, and returns.   Furthermore he ensure that I was aware of things like the ratings for the electrical panel and he was able to answer questions I had about houses here in Colorado and how they differ from the milder climate I am used to in California.  If I was asked whether I would recommend Colorado Comfort Home Inspections to others, it would be an enthusiastic DEFINITELY!  When looking for a home inspection, Anthony should be your go to!

One thing I think stands out about him over other inspectors is that he is very likable and very knowledgeable about the home inspection field. I've talked with several home inspectors and Anthony is who I felt comfortable getting an inspection from. He provided me a detailed binder with the home's information and the various maintenance items that the home needs, for example how long the water heater will last by checking the code, or how long the AC filters are good for. I've seen several inspections done in the military and I feel very confident that the inspection was done to the standard. He also provided me with a military discount which I really appreciate, because most home inspectors don't or it's a very low percent. He put my mind at ease on the entire process. He even went back and created a detailed report for me. He is very educated on the inspectable items around the home and is able to express them to the client. He provided detailed photos on the various items. He pointed out to me the few things that needed further inspection i.e. cracks in the foundation, etc. . He is very organized and efficient in his inspection. I can't say enough about this inspector. I actually have him scheduled to do another home inspection on another home next week. He is a local business owner and he is the type to build lasting relationships with clients. I fully recommend him!

He was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job answering everyone's questions.

Anthony is by far the most responsive home inspector that we have used over the years to purchase a home.  He found several things wrong with the home and were able to request the sellers to make those repairs before we purchased the home.  With the inspection we feel more comfortable proceeding with the purchase.
