Coleman American Moving Services Inc - Allied Van

Absolute horrific experience. Lost half of my household goods. The other half arrived damaged in unusable condition. Did not unpack or put anything back together. Did not take boxes of what my husband and I unpacked. Placed boxes in living room and garage only, even after being told where they go. So my husband and I moved everything into the correct rooms. Our brand new Samsung Dryer went missing and when they placed the matching washing machine they tore the flooring up. Customer service is a joke, you will not be able to get ahold of anyone. If you do they give you the run around. I am still trying to file a claim with them to get my things found or reimbursed for all of our missing items.

I wasn't happy with the damaged dining table. I reported the damage with them and they paid us $250 for it to get repaired but we cant find some who can fix a big dining table, so we ended up buying a new one. The refrigerator also have a scratch, but I did not told them about it. I also find the paper work they gave very confusing.

The packers were good and the rate was probably the best of the other bids I'd gotten (boxes and paper at no cost). We did some pre-packing of non-breakable items and they took care of the everything else. The guys that moved us in (different than the ones that did the loading and packing) really busted their humps getting us moved in.
