I found CMR on Angie's List. Terry was very easy to deal with. This is my first (and hopefully only) kitchen remodel. I wasn't sure how the timing worked regarding countertop installation and appliance installation. Terry, of course, knew how to work this. The installers apparently got delayed with another job on the first morning, so I had to wait an extra long time to have them come in to my house for a quick 15 minutes to move out my refrigerator and stove. The crew was courteous and called me several times to keep me informed of the delay. The crew was great. Not only were they pleasant and professional looking, but knew how to handle my brand new appliances. The crew was also great at the reinstallation. I have no hesitation about recommending CMR.
Before we put the house on the market we decided to take the Stainless Steel refrigerator with us as well. They moved the fridge from our old house to the new house, and moved the old house's fridge down to the garage for us.
We got an offer on the house within a week of moving the fridge, and one of the buyer's conditions was that the SS fridge needed to be included in the deal. So, back it went! And CMR moved the fridge back.
We had a really great experience with CMR. They are very professional, and very careful with appliances and your home. Should we need this type of service in the future we would definitely use them again.
In the end CRM got the job done and the work looks fine, however . . . .
We scheduled an appointment for 8:30 am. They showed up at 8:00.
The first words out the two technicians mouths were "Oh we can not do this" Rather than come prepared with some basic electrical items they sent me to Ace to pick up a $1.00 outlet and an outlet box. Apparently, they come with no electrical incidentals.
Next they said that "Oh we can't install this since there needs to be a block of wood to hold up the back of the microwave. So I cut a board to their specs.
The next "Oh we have problem" was that the microwave shelf was set too low. At this point, I commented to them that I was not the one doing the installation but rather that I had hired CRM to provide this service.
The rest of the installation then went smoothly albeit there were a lot of "Oh this is not good" comments emanating from the kitchen.
As stated originally, CRM got the job done but I would not hire them back since I expect that when I hire a professional installation team that they come prepared to complete the installation.
