Prey on the elderly. Prices are way way to High. Don't recommend. Company did reduce price a little after complaining but not enough. Find someone else please and save $$$$. I'll let the customer figure it out. There Rheim water heater on Amazon was around $879.00 with free delivery. This was the same one that was put in with matching model numbers. Building permit was around $25.00 which I had to ask for from company after work was completed, purchase and installation with military discount was $1,800.00 with $600.00 credit card deposit before work started with no receipt from company, nothing in writing, claimed this was the norm. Took crew of two less than 2 hours total at my residence to install. After completion I asked crew for receipt for warranty and they had none and they had to call Owner. Owner sent email of cost just stating a water heater and total cost. I then requested the make and serial number to be added to the receipt. Crew had to go back downstairs to get serial number while talking to owner. During that period I received a notification from my bank that a charge on my debit card was deducted before I even approved it. Crew came back upstairs and shortly after I received a email receipt with model and serial number from owner. Was going to write him a check for the balance but didn't as I knew he ran my card. I'm ****** of now. Crew left. I sent the owner a email and was very disappointed with his actions. He did however give me a $150.00 discount for me not to write a negative report, which he stated he rarely does. What a discount. Labor and parts (2 connectors) cost me around $750.00 for the water heater. Highly recommend you find someone else.
