Great! Cushions for chair and couch were much more firm and no longer sank when someone sat on them.

I took the cushions into his shop for an estimate. The owner was busy, but  got to me within a reasonable time and focused on the job, like that of a true pro. He said it would be expensive to try to match the leather and came up with the idea of using the leather from the back of the couch to reupholster the cushions. I took measurements of the sofa and sent him pictures and he scheduled a time to come out and get the couch and love seat. He was prompt, on schedule and accurate on the amount of time the job would take. He replaced the back of the couch with something that matched but was not expensive leather. The set was a high quality sofa/love seat, when he finished they looked brand new and the backs looked great too. (Although the backs are against a wall so that part is rarely seen.) Now, over a year later they still look brand new. He was able to save me a bundle. It is was great work with someone who treats his employees well and is true to his word, and his years of experience shows!

When I called and mentioned my issue they told me to send photos of the damage. A few days later I received a call saying that the work could be completed and what all of my options were for fixing it (Brett was extremely knowledgeable). I took a sample of the couch fabric to the store and we made an appointment to get it fixed. Brett called before he was about to be here, was on time, and did the work in a timely manner. The work was well done and I am happy with it. The only downfall I had was they were a little difficult to get a hold of before I had made an appointment (I think it was because they were pretty busy though).

It went very well. I was happy with the way it turned out. I took it to their shop and it took about two weeks to be completed.

They look great. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them. They took time helping me choose fabric that would be cat friendly.

They were great! They sent fabric books home with my husband and explained the differences in the type of fabrics. We chose and a few days later they picked up all of the chairs. They had them for a little over a week and brought them back completed. I couldn't have asked for a better job!! I would definately recommend them to anyone!!

He came to the home and picked up our furniture, and gave us a quote. We were very pleased the service as well as the quality of the work. I would recommend him.

The owner is directly involved with most everything that's get done. He has employees it's a very small business and the owner took care a lot about on what he does. They also use quality products which I appreciate.

Took longer than expected. Seems like there was some confusion there on our project. But the end result was good. And we did get a discount for our inconvenience.

Response from Clifford's Upholstery
"[member name removed] had several outdoor cushions damaged by rodents to repair. We had a 30 day back order on a matching fabric which we have no control over, so we did all work but one cushion and let her take those cushions home while we waited for the fabric to arrive. It was a month later at the end of August when we completed the last cushion. A message was left 3 times over a 5 month period for her to pick up her last cushion and pay for everything. She did respond finally at the beginning of February, and said she would be by to get her last cushion but she still has not done so as of April 9, nor has she paid for any of the work we have done including the work she picked up back in July. She has never spoken with me, the manager, so that I could apologize for the perceived slowness and fix our relationship. From Brett, manager of Clifford's"

They recovered two occasional chairs in some fabric I provided. They did a beautiful job but next time I won't bring in my own fabric. They charge more for the job because they didn't get the commission from the fabric.

I had Clifford's Upholstery repair old and worn cushions on my favorite couch. The couch had foam and down fill cushions as well as poly fill for the back. I am very happy with the time to complete the job, only 3 days, and the work performed was excellent. My couch looks new again and Brett was both friendly, informative and helpful.

Great experience. We were not in a huge hurry to get the work done and allowed the company to more or less take their time with our project, so this was not a rush order by any means. It also took us forever to make a decision on the fabric because my husband and I have very different tastes. Clifford's was very accommodating about our slow process and didn't complain ever about having to and quot;storeand quot; our pieces while we took home sample book after sample book from the enormous selection of fabrics. There's no denying the final result we got: drop dead gorgeous. These pieces were a real challenge -- wood arms cracked in a couple of places, sagging seats, completely flattened cushions. Somehow they were able to restore all the inner frame and exposed wood arms/legs of the furniture and the upholstery work itself is just beautiful. Brett, the owner, is very friendly and helpful - all of the staff we dealt with over the course of several visits were very pleasant and service oriented, even when interrupted from working on a piece to come out to the front to help. I will definitely go back there if I ever have upholstery work to do. Don't let the building exterior throw you off -- the people who work there are really serious about quality and easy to work with

We had two dates, the first one was when guests came to our houses and we really wanted the work done before they got there. The second date was a drop dead date as we were leaving the area. The work was being done for our second home. He said he would try to get it done by the first date but it would depend on when he got the fabric in the shop.
He got all the work done and delivered to our house before the first date. All the work was exactly what we wanted and made with top notch workmanship. The fabric selection was better than we imagined it would be.
Brett and his staff acted like we were their only customers when we were in the shop, but in fact the back room was busy with workers.
We checked another upholstery place before we went to Clifford s and they were more expensive and they wanted us to figure out the pattern. Clifford's took the furniture into the shop so they could make sure they had it right, and they did! We had some complicated corners and fittings and they got them all exact.
We have more work and we will have Clifford's do it. We could not ask for better work, at the right price and time from start to finish.
Thank you Brett!!

Very successful!
1) Our couch was so soft that we and quot;bottomed outand quot; when we sat down and needed a hand to get up from it. We suspected that the springs were bad and might need to be fixed. But Mr. Clifford's son said he thought the foam was worn out and suggested that we replace it with new, firmer foam, which we did; and it is fine, now. He had taken the seats with their covers to the shop, and fitted the foam to them perfectly.

2) The upholstery of our two favorite swivel chairs were worn, so we went shopping for replacements. We found some good buys in the stores, but they didn't and quot;fit us and quot; in comfort and style, so we decided to have the parts recovered: the seats, arms, and across the top of the backs of the chairs. At Clifford's Upholstery we looked at many swatches of material and found an excellent complementary match of the material on the chairs, at a good price. He took one of the chairs to the shop and worked on it and from it made the patterns for the other chair. After a reasonable time he delivered the chair and then proceeded to replace the worn out material of the chair we had retained with the new replacements, and took great care in fitting them to that chair.

Ordinarily he would have charged delivery costs, but since we live in their area of town, he gave us an estimate and picked up and delivered to us at no cost.

Because they do a brisk business, and so were busy, it took awhile to have all of the work completed (several weeks to a month), but we were in no hurry and were not bothered by that.
