One of our pets was ill and our carpets got very dirty. Brad did a fantastic job of cleaning all the carpets, even in some small and hard to get to places. The price was reasonable and our carpets are now beautiful! We will definitely call Clean Response again when our carpets need cleaning!

EXCELLENT!!  I've been leery of having our oriental carpets cleaned due to a less than great experience several years ago.  Saw several reviews on Brad and his workmanship and decided to give it a go.  Boy, was that the RIGHT decision.  His estimate was very reasonable, he picked up the carpets and delivered them.  Several obnoxious spots were removed and they look almost new.  I will MOST CERTAINLY be using his services in the future.  Without hesitation or any reservation, I highly and unconditionally recommend him.  You won't be disappointed!!

I was given Brad's information a week ago.  He was prompt in providing an email quote based on the information I told him and we scheduled the appointment shortly thereafter.  He showed up prompt...actually a few minutes early, which I appreciated, took a look at everything and got right to work.  He worked fast and was thorough and knowledgeable. 
He recommended a cleaning schedule going forward that I thought was very honest and fair.  He was very friendly and professional.  I will use him again and will definitely recommend his service.  I already plugged his business on my facebook page!

We were amazed at how clean he got our carpets and upholstery!  We are planning to have Brad come next year since he did such a great job. We recommend Clean Response very highly!

During my search for a carpet cleaning service when our previous serviceman retired, I was impressed with the Clean Response web site. After having had my carpet professionally steam cleaned for the last 28 years I knew the "Preparing for Cleaning" and "After Cleaning Care" ( found under "Other Stuff") recommendations were top notch. With a ranch  floorplan's single hall to get from one end of the house to the other, our biggest challenge has been carpet drying time. I was excited to try Brad's claim of quicker drying time: " Our truck-mounted system is on the higher end, it will out do most others.  This means faster drying times.  To help cut the drying times in half.  I have invested several thousands of dollars in fans that we can set up.  Depending on the size of the job we usually have the first room dry or almost dry by the time we leave."  The quicker drying times were confirmed in Brad's first cleaning.

As long as Brad is in business, he will remain my first choice for carpet cleaning. Try Clean Response, you'll be glad you did.

They did not use corner protectors at bullnose corners. In about a week, drywall started to fall off the corners were it was abraided by the cleaning hoses. I spent quite a bit of time repairng small drywall areas and painting them. They appeared for months after the cleaning.

The carpets were cleaned and they are still clean, I did not have any dirty spots return in high traffic area which I am thankful for. The tech arrived when he was supposed to; he did a good job and was pleasant and polite.  I have used them previously with a coupon. My only issue would be that my entry hard wood floors got wet from the hose they used to transfer the water with from the truck, but I don’t know how they can avoid that since they have to be ran thru the house to the different areas.  It was truck mounted and after being in the Waldo Canyon burn area I wanted a cleaning that could pull dirt and smoke out of my carpets.

We were happy with their service. Brad came out and did a great job. I was not home when the work was done, but when I walked into the house, I was surprised at how good it looked. Getting the appointment set up was easy and everything went smooth. Price was reasonable as well.

They did good work. We have used them a number of times over about 2 years. Brad has very good customer service and is a very nice and courteous guy. He is the only who does the work. The quality of his work is great. Price wise, he is very reasonable. The first time we used him was for furniture cleaning and did a great job with that. He is always on time. We have pets and grandchildren and he is has cleaned up any stains. I have no seen any stains come back. Overall, it is an excellent service.

He does great work. He comes in and does the quick and efficiently. He is VERY punctual and getting the appointments set up is easy as well. Brad is the only one who does the work but he does it very well. He assists with smaller objects being moved so he can do a thorough job. I will probably call him soon.

They do excellent work for me. Brad is just a very nice person to work. He was professional throughout the entire experience. I plan on having him back. I feel like the price was very reasonable.
