Clean & Green

Wouldn't hire them again.  I understand sometimes you miss one or two things, but this cleaning missed the mark by a mile. 

Even a phone call to the owner didn't resolve anything, as she didn't offer to come back and fix it.  So I wrote this review instead.

She was great, no negatives, very helpful and always accessible for questions. She was highly recommended.

The first team they sent out was terrific - a couple who did a great job. They weren't able to complete what they'd originally thought they could but they worked hard the whole time and the quality of the work was very good.  The second team a family and they were very slow. It seemed that they really weren't sure about what they were doing and did a mediocre job at best. The third session was an individual. She did a good job, was punctual and was very pleasant. Although two out of three sessions were positive, I felt that their regular rate (we used a groupon) is at the high end of the scale and I would want more input into who I would get out each time.  We asked for the first team to return but didn't get them.

Good, will use again.  I am thinking about having them come and do my new place once a month.  

Robert came in and did a hard days work.  I let him in at 9:30 and at 3:30 I went back by and he was still working.  He did all they said they would.  I really expected to have point out things they missed but could not find any thing on cleaning day.  I am going to use them to do my move out clean as well.
