Christine Larson (Cleaning Service)

Cleaning service was good for the price. However, on Sept 1st 2011, Christine Larson spilled bleach on my carpet creating a stain that could not be removed. I gave her several options. Replace the carpet, but type/location of that carpet was unknown, or replace with laminate, matching the adjacent bathroom. I told her there was laminate in the basement that could possibly be used, but I didn’t know how much or the type that was down there. I provided a price estimate to her for a contractor to replace the carpet with laminate. After several weeks, she said her husband would lay the laminate. I agreed. However, in the middle of the process, there was not enough laminate to compete the project. Additionally, her husband laid laminate from my basement that did not match the adjacent room. I tried to contact her to get a resolution, but she will not return my calls. Currently the small room is partially laminated. Do not use her cleaning services.
