Joel from Cheyenne Plumbing and Heating has done four plumbing jobs for us over the past three years. 1. Installed plumbing for a remodeled kitchen in a rental unit, including sink and disposal. 2. Replaced a frozen/ ruptured exterior water faucet, on an emergency call at our home. 3. Found and repaired a water leak in cooper pipe behind drywall, on an emergency call at our home. 4. Work described above at rental property. On each occassion he returned my initial call within a couple of hours, and arranged to come to the house that day or the next. On the two emergency leaks, Joel came to the house that day to help us in a quickly deteriorating situation. Joel showed up at the house when he said he would, completed the work in the amount time he said it would take, left no mess, and for an amount that I thought was VERY reasonable (including his charges for the two emergency calls).

The night before we were going to get flooring installed in the bathroom, we discovered that we could not remove the commode because the shut off valve had failed. Joel came out early in the morning, fixed the valves on the other commodes in addition to the one that had failed. The floor installation was not delayed as a result of his service.

This is not the first time we've called Cheyenne. Joel replaced a water heater which had failed a couple of years ago, and again he came out quickly and got our house back in order. He's the best!
