The carpeting in my home had several issues including dog urine and Kool-aid stains. I am amazed at how great the carpet looks and smells. In the past I have tried other companies who charge less and who also deliver less than adequate results. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to call Kevin for all my carpet cleaning needs.

The work performed by Kevin and Trevor was outstanding. We had numerous "carpet ripples" in our wall-to-wall carpeting and were ready to bite the bullet and buy new carpeting--a significant expense. Kevin spent 4 hours repairing our carpet and then came back the next day and cleaned it. The results were remarkable. Our carpet has been restored to almost new condition (after all it is 20 years old) which is pretty miraculous! Kevin arrived exactly on-time both days and was highly professional. He is also a very likable guy and willing to answer any question you might have. The cost for both services was probably not the cheapest on the block, but frankly, I would have paid more--given the results achieved. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. For carpet cleaning/stretching, I'd highly recommend Kevin and his team at Chem-Dry.

I paid for their best service, you can get it for a lot less. They did everything nicely. I wouldn't do the same thing, I would probably do the real quick job next time. I would definitely use them again. They were very courteous, and they make sure to not leave any tracking in the house. They wore booties to make sure that they don't leave tracks in the house. That's kind of a nice deal.

It went very good. It went really well. It was the owner that came out and did it. He's a really nice guy it’s just that he kept promoting just like a commercial the whole time. He was really quick. The carpet was beautiful and I can't say anything bad. It was not really expensive; just the extra solution. The way he said as somebody who doesn't know; he said that you have to consider your shoes carries oil so it was like industrial strength or something. They have to use heavy duty so that really drove the price out. That was really a big surprise for the cleaning. He's got a really nice machine and this one was even more advance.

Excellent service. The provider was professional, on time and completed the service within estimated time frame. In addition, the provider was polite and honest. He informed us that there would be an odor from the wet rugs and the estimated time before it would dissipate. Would recommend ChemDry of Colorado Springs to any potential customer.

He took the time to find out what the stains were and helped me get rid of those. He also gave me products to use, after they left, if the stains were to arise. That was the first time I have used them and I would used them again.

That service was great. They did our living room and upstairs bedrooms. There were some stains and they were able to get those out as good as they could. I also got a good deal for the service.

They cleaned the carpets in 2 rooms. It was a general cleaning and I wanted them to get a smoke smell out as well. They were professional and on time. I had no problems with them.

Technician did a thorough job but we were unimpressed with the method of cleaning. There was no vacuuming of the loosened dirt. A chemical is power bushed to loosen the dirt but it is expected that your own vacuuming later will remove it. Unimpressive - we won't use that service again. Back to hot water/detergent cleaning.

They were able to schedule for the next day, and showed up right on time. Recommended appropriate treatments based on carpet age and soil, and were even able to get up an oil stain that didn't respond to home treatments. Maybe more expensive than others, but they're quick to respond and do a good job.

Kevin did a great job cleaning the carpets. I was especially happy about the stairs, which were very dirty and dingy from the pets. He called ahead a couple of times to let me know he was running late and as he was heading to the house. I would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

I have used Chem-Dry (or their sister company) twice to have our air ducts cleaned. They did a good job the first time. The technician crawled in and seriously got where I didn't even know we had ducts. The second house we used them on - the technician did a good job with the actual cleaning. He was there when he said and it took the quoted amount of time, but in the next couple of days when we had to fire up the furnace, the house was filled with smoke and we had to call our furnace guy. The bottom line - the technician pushed everything in the ducts into the chamber of the furnace so when the furnace fired up it had to burn all that debris off. The house smelled terrible for days, plus the cost of having the furnace repairman come out. This ended up being a very expensive duct cleaning. I probably will look elsewhere next time.
