+ -1 moreIn October 2012 I purchased a 6# bowling ball and was told it would have a year warranty. When I was bowling this Sunday I noticed a crack where my fingers go in to hold the ball. I went ahead and threw the ball and when it came back there was a huge chip out of it where the crack had been. So today took the ball into the pro shop at Harmony Bowl. The man that was there said the warranty did not cover what had happened but he would fix the ball for me free since I had purchased the ball there. Now that is great customer service in my book! I have had a couple old balls re-drilled to fit my fingers and the employee's there are always so friendly. I certainly have recommended to others to check out this place to purchase a bowling ball or have any work done.
