Professional salesman, installers are efficient, polite, and professional, had a minor issue with a broken window in transit, but it was resolved quickly. We will definately use Champion again.

It was great. I don't remember how much they charged me. It took 2 days to get the windows installed. Communication and interaction was good. There was nothing they could've improved on.

They were really good. Any issues we had, they took care of. They made sure everything was good. It was after a storm and all our windows had lost field on them so they did the entire upstairs. We had a bay window replace a regular window so that was most of our cost. They have a lifetime warranty on it. That's why we chose them. As long as we own the house it's insured or covered. If a field breaks, even if a kid throws a ball through the window they replace the window. They are manufactured in Denver, so they're not made like un Minnesota and then transported here so the seals don't break or change the gas inside as it comes across the country and hits high altitude. Well we only had one issue, just where they put the new bay window something wasn't done where it would look really, really good, so they had a craftsman come out and fix the whole thing and the issues we had were gone. They even went to the point of where, on the Bay window where they cut it, because it was custom made in Denver and then brought here, the wood right along the edge where their finish work would go, there were a couple of areas where it was chipped. They actually had new oak cut, the guy steamed it at their office and then came out and installed a new piece over what was there to make it look perfect. They even looked at how I had it stained already, because it's oak, and they let you stain it in any color you would, but they guy actually went to Ace Hardware, bought a new can of stain to match the stain we had on the framing already and he did all the staining to match it and then left me the can. They went out of their way and everyone was nice about it. It wasn't like they argued. It looks perfect. Basically the windows were custom made for each opening. When they said they were going to be here they came and they always called before and said how many minutes it was going to be before they come. And if they were ever running late they would let us know. There was only one guy that we had issue and it was basically, we took care of it, he was working with a partner and he wasn't quite as conscientious so we had to go to the partner and tell him he needed to put more foam in the cracks. And that was what it was it was just putting sealant in there. Considering we had all these different guys working he was the only one who was like that so I'd hate to take away from their overall when it was only this one person. I hope I never have to do windows again but if we had to do them, I mean I felt like if Mike wasn't here I would feel comfortable with them in my house.

This went very well. Admittedly, there were some issues with one door but they came out immediately to correct them. Once they go the window in there were out here immediately. The day they got it in, they were out here the next day. I'd give them all "A's", this is the 4th time I've used them. Love the quality of their windows but I'm even more impressed with their workmanship and guarantee.

They were on time. They did a great job cleaning up every day. They did an excellent job, and I was very pleased.

They had to come back to fix a lock on one of the doors. I had a window installed in 2004 and after a few years the seal was letting in some cold air and they came out to fix that free of charge too.

I'd give them all "A's", only because they stand behind everything and all the guarantees that come with it. I would use them again.

We had some windows done in the Summer and then some done in the Fall. They were excellent in all areas. We had several quotes and they were also recommended by friends who had used them. Their communication was excellent. They are very professional, they do a very excellent job, and their product is excellent.

They were very professional from the person who came to measure everything to the young men who did the actual installation. It took three days to do the windows and two days to do the doors and they would always clean up before they left for the day each time. They took down all of our window coverings for us and hung them back when they were finished.

It went very well! We couldn't be more pleased. We are very meticulous and want a project to be completed correctly without cutting corners. We were overjoyed at how well Jason Tahler did living up to those standards. Great guy to have install your windows. Before choosing Champion we received quotes from other local companies but none of them lived up to the quality of Champion. Even though they were pricey we wanted quality rather than just a regular plain window. Each window was about $800 per and then add in taxes and final cost was around $1350.00.

The windows were done good for the most part. I did question whether one was measured correctly. It seemed to have a larger than normal gap on one side. We called to request that a supervisor come look at it. That never happened. My husband ended up filling the gap with weather stripping and then caulked after replacing the trim boards. The patio doors did not fit. They have been installed ?? for 2 months but still have no handles and we can not open them at all. It took 3 phone calls before we got a return call and finally a supervisor to come look. Only after my husband told them how dissatisfied we were and that his wife would most likely give them a terrible review. They are supposed to be coming out this week to finish the job. I hope that my doors, that I wanted so badly, will finally be functional and to my satisfaction. I was very disappointed in the customer service and follow up. A simple return phone call would have gone a long way in making me feel as though I was a valued customer.

Champion only does any work on their own products so we could not have any work done.

Excellent job, despite terrible weather. James and Jason were very professional and did a great job!! Would definitely recommend.

They really took care of us, really did a great job of installing it and because of our house it was a big problem for them but we've had problems since then and they just have not responded to us we've had to call two or three times to get them to come out and one of the window lost it's seal which I mean it's not their fault and they came out and looked at it and they said the guy told us well it take a week or two to get it in and I called up two weeks later and they said oh it will be another five weeks before it comes in and then my wife I wrote it on the calendar and my wife didn't know it and wanted to them back and she called them this morning but anyway she called them up to find out what was going on because she didn't know it wasn't five weeks up yet and she was a little upset with them and so they will be out here next week to it the window in they've had it and they didn't even called us to come fit it in. I mean the installation and the service was really really good but their follow up service has been lousy really lousy.

Positive: Jason and his crew did an excellence job replacing the windows and patio door. I think they are the high point of the project. Mike was very professional in his measurement appointment and we felt comfortable with him in the house. He gave us some very good tips to be ready for the installed crew. Negative: I felt as if we were SCAMMED on the price and not having two windows replaced. Champion advertised a buy two get one free promotion. Once the sales representative arrived, she quickly changed it to one-third off on each window. We did not know what the actual price was for each window since Champion does not share that information. The cost is kept secretive. I believe the price change was so the sales rep could get a bigger commission from the sale. I believe the original promotion was to my advantage. We over paid for the project. Champion refused to replaced the two small windows in our bathroom which was set against tiles. The claim was that the windows were too small to manufactured. I think it because being set against tiles it would had cut into her commission on repairing potential damages. So Champion does false advertisement in saying they will replace all windows. Since all windows were not replaced, I have not felt a different in comfort level prior to doing this high priced job. I only have myself to blame. I wish I would had done additional estimates from other companies. My low score on Professionalism is for changing the promotion offers and a false reason for not doing the two bathroom windows. The low Price score because I felt I overpaid. I would give an F on the overall project, but that would be a disservice to Jason and Mike. Jason and Mike are the reasons I gave the A ratings in the sub categories.

Excellent! Very happy with both the product and the installation job. The young men were so courteous, they were prompt, professional, efficient, and would clean up each day before they left for the day. We replaced every window in the house and can't get over the difference it has made with the temperature and comfort. No more drafts!
