Every time I call, they have me run numerous checks, plug and unplug, etc. and they have any number of excuses why the MBPS has reduced from what I am paying for, but after they reset the speed, it happens again several months later. Years of this means I'm done. .

It's alright most of the time. There are other times where the service is cutting in and out and I have to call customer service to have them check it.

They told us the business internet would actually end up being cheaper than the home internet. Somehow our bill doubled. They told us we would have to wait until the next billing cycle to see if it fixes itself. The bill was $250 and this last bill that just came in is $500. We're so livid with them right about now that we're highly considering jumping over to another company no matter what the cost is. The reason why we upgraded to a business is because my husband actually has a small business in our home and I need better internet to be able to work from home for my job. To get the best internet connection without losing bandwidth, you need to have a business account.

I haven't done any comparative pricing, but the price seems good. They've come out and done repairs and taken care of it.

Sorry, but I have a choice between Centurylink, Centurylink and Centurylink and not through any bloody consumer retail store.  And no, I do not have satellite or cable as cable is non existent where I live and satellite is way overpriced.  They mailed me the equipment eleven years ago and with the exception of Centurytel/link having to provide service a couple of times over that period, well, it works.  And my understanding, my service is provided out of Pueblo and billing out of Pagosa Springs and not Colorado Springs.

Perfect! Technician was prompt, thorough, and helpful. He made sure everything was up and running before departing. He also took the time to answer questions and explain how everything worked. He had to install a new outlet. Cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with this company so far.

So far, it’s been okay. It’s doing exactly what it’s intended to do. The only issue that we have is that one of the receivers, the IR reception is kind of slow and if you wanted to report something like that, they will charge you to come out but other than that, they seem to be a great company.
