VERY disappointed. It is NOT a dry process. It is a wet process that supposedly uses less water than normal cleaning systems. However, this was, and still is a mess. We can't move back into either room. Only the stairs where a hand device was used dried efficiently and in the time span we were told to expect.
We were never offered a refund for the mess they have left us in.
