"Justin, We have been to your home and remedied the situation free of charge. Furthermore, as you acknowledged in person, this issue was not caused by any issues with the product quality or installation. Your shower had two saturated washcloths that were hung over the spots and caused mold in the specific area. The area never dried and therefore mold developed. Nevertheless, we fixed the issue. If you are reading this review, please know we care greatly about making sure we serve our clients, even if it is not our fault."

"Our materials usually take 2-4 weeks, and during COVID have been longer, and our standard contract language, signed by the reviewer has a 4-6 week "Estimated" timetable, so its unclear to us how this reviewer had an expectation of 2.5 weeks. This review was written 6 weeks after their contract was signed before any work was performed or even before the end of our estimated install table. At the time we called the customer extending the estimated timetable, one of our installers had moved out of state and shortly thereafter we had another installer self-quarantine for two weeks out of an abundance of caution and a duty of care for our customers (he tested negative). This extended our estimated backlog, and we overcommunicated the potential delay. We ended up installing this customer bathroom just over 8 weeks from contract signing, the Homeowner was ecstatic with the beautiful finished product and commented verbally about how great our service was, having completed the job in under 2 days. Due to the delay, we offered a slight discount for her perceived inconvenience. The reviewer thanked us, commented that she would update the review since the review was left prematurely prior to any work being completed, but unfortunately has yet to do so. At Center Point Renovations, we understand that our clients work very hard for their money and they deserve excellence. We take this responsibility very seriously. Setbacks are a constant in construction, and some things are out of our control. We put a lot of effort into our processes, planning, and communication and If things do not go as planned, we do our best to rectify the situation. We do not rest until our clients are satisfied, and in this case, the reviewer communicated that she absolutely was, as did the homeowner. Unfortunately, the review does not reflect that."
