Contractor work schedule was an issue with punctuality a significant concern.  Initial problem surfaced immediately following tile install and grouting of the kitchen and adjacent bathroom flooring.  Grout would not set resulting in the contractor re-grouting the entire area.
Masterbath jacuzzi developed a leak resulting in water damage to the lower level dining room ceiling.  Contractor contacted and advised of the problem with an appointment scheduled to address the issue.  Contractor did not keep appointment, did not call to reschedule and did not respond to voice mail messages.  Local plumbing firm contacted to address concluding jacuzzi tub drain was installed incorrectly.  Drywall contractor subsequently repaired Dining room ceiling.
Subsequent problem developed with the Masterbath shower resulting in water leak and damage to the Dining room ceiling.  Same Plumbing firm used to address the jacuzzi tub drain issue concluded that water leak was not attributed to plumbing issues with the problem confined to tile/grout or improper install of floor drain pan.
Contractor unresponsive to voice/e-mail messages, complaint filed with the BBB seeking problem resolution assistance.

Chris and crew were very professional and kept their workspace clean and tidy. They coordinated well with electrical and plumbing contractors and produced an absolutely fantastic result.   We are very happy with out new kitchen and would recommend CD Tile to anyone for a top shelf job.  Thanks for the great work.
