She was very helpful when I talked to her a couple of months before my move. She didn't mind answering questions for an inexperienced home buyer. She was on her game and got our paperwork processed quickly. When there was a delay in closing on the house, she was able to extend our rate lock and also floated our rate down 1/8 point, saving us money. If I had any nits to pick, it would be that once we were ready to go and met with her, she went through some of the items a bit quickly without explaining them thoroughly. Probably bad on me for not stopping and asking thorough questions too. Also, when we emailed our questions to her, she only called us to respond--no email responses. I don't know if that's a liability thing or if that's just the way she prefers to do business.
