Allen and his crew did an outstanding job. I would call upon them again without hesitation. The damaged area required replacement of a small section of carpet. I could not identify where they did the work; perfect job.

It went very well. The carpet in one of my rental units was cleaned a few days earlier by another service, but many of the stains remained. CarpetCare Craftsman did a great job getting the stains up. I will definitely use them again.

Went very well. They aren't the the cheapest option out there, but I think I got the value for the money spent. The furniture looked new after the cleaning was done.

I got a check in the mail today refunding the price of cleaning since the dirt stain didn't come out.  Since he lived up to his word I will try again when we get new carpet

CarpetCare Craftsman arrived at my home today and did an incredible job. This is the second time I have used them, and they performed another miracle on my carpets, which were heavily soiled. I cannot believe how clean they are now. And if by chance any spots reappear, no worries, they have a guarantee and will come back for free touch-ups, though that was not a problem the last time. The technicians were hard-working, respectful and thorough. They worked on several very difficult spots for quite awhile, and took their time to do the best job possible. They are not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. They are the best. Thanks!

Went exceptionally well.  Responded promptly to a request for a quote.  Dave was thorough, explained in great detail what was to be done to respond to my request for services, was very flexible in scheduling the cleaning.  The crew reported right on time, were well turned out and again went through what was to be done, and how they were going to accomplish the job.  They were very quick, precise and professional in how they set about  the work.  They worked smoothly, quickly and were very careful about protecting the worksite when doing the upholstery portion of the job.  Their worksite cleanup was quick, complete and done to my complete satisfaction.  I'd most definitely use them again.

The team was very friendly and professional, I didn't feel oversold on the quote.  Hadn't had the carpets cleaned in over 3 years.  With 2 dogs who had some accidents I was worried there was pet smell.  I was reassured there was not.  Had my 2 wool rugs cleaned, was told they would do a rug "bath" if needed for pet stains.  They did not perform that service. I felt they were very trustworthy.  The carpets looked great after they were done, and still look great..very soft.  I was also told how to treat any new stains that may happen in the future with common cleaners instead of paying for special items.  The team showed up on time and was done in less than 2 hours.  Would highly recommend Carpet Care Craftsman!

he cost was more than I anticipated, but I liked the company very much so I decided to try them.  I’ve used other companies for this same house at much lower prices.  Unfortunately, I can’t compare the cleaning difference because this carpet is only 2 years old and is a much higher quality than our previous carpet.  (The other companies cleaned the other carpet.)

the carpets were dirty in the traffic areas and stairs leading in from the entranceway. The carpets are now about 9 years old, so there is some wear on the stairs. Stephen worked very thoroughly in all areas. It was not just one pass and done. The stairs look so much better and the other rooms look like new. In talking to him, it's very obvious that he understands the cleaning process and the details of carpet care.

I 've used them for around eight years and they're awesome.  They send the same technicians, they are well-trained, and don't have a lot of turnover.  The carpets look great, and they'll even do area rugs.
