Carpet Clearance Warehouse came and measured my floor to install vinyl flooring in my kitchen, dining room and living room.  The flooring in my kitchen dining room was already down to the bare floors, linoleum was already torn up.  The installers where miss informed by the store and were not able to do the job due to the fact they weren't told they needed to remove the wood that was under the linoleum and they didn't have the right tools.  I had to reschedule.  The installers came back and installed the floors.  Late in the install they realized the person that measured, measured wrong and they were short 150 sq ft of flooring.  The store was unable to have anyone deliver more flooring and I had to drive from Canon City, Colorado to Colorado Springs, Colorado myself and pick up the product adding an addition 2 hours onto the project.  The guy that did the measuring had excuses one after the other for both mishaps.  He tried saying that he didn't know about tearing out the old wood because of the linoleum.  I had to remind him that it was already removed.  On being short he tried saying that he was trying to save me money by keeping the measurements down.

From the moment I caught the problem, the story was that it was the carpet I ordered, it was just a different dye lot. Trust me and all my friends and relations: It was a different color. The company refused from the beginning to fix it (without charging me for it all over again), and in spite of complaints to the BBB, etc., it ended up in court. The company was uncooperative from the beginning to the end, even in court. This was the worst company experience I have ever had in my life.

After losing my order, I went in and reordered.  They had the carpet in stock at the time I purchased it.  When it arrived, it was the wrong color.  They kept claiming it was just a different dye lot.  After two months, an appeal to the BBB, and even a letter from lawyers, they refused to make it right or refund my money.  All they offered was $167 credit towards a new carpet with the expectation that I pay the rest all over again. The absolute worst business experience of my life..

The time that they could do it stood out to me.  Everyone else said that they could do it in a week but they were able to do it in just a few days.  We had somebody ready to move in so we have to get it done quickly.

They were very knowledgeable.  We went with an upgraded pad based on their criteria.  They went out and measured the house and they were there when they said they would be so they were prompt.

I shopped for flooring for 2 bedrooms, a small living room and stairs. I decided to use Carpet Clearance Warehouse (CCW) after checking 2 other places. I like the way the pricing is set up at CCW, flooring price and installation is all right there per foot, makes it much easier to figure out total cost, as opposed to other places with just square foot price, then having to deal with a salesperson to get installation, much like buying a used car at other places!  I ended up with a higher quality product than I initially thought I could afford.  I will be getting the carpeting installed in the other rooms at a later date, they are very accommodating and have to date met or exceeded all of my needs.

When I finally decided to start my upstairs bedroom project, my sales person Paulino was the best. I dawdled and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get the work done prior to Christmas, when I had guests coming to use the room, but he was able to meet my needs with not much more than a week of notice.

Installers were professional and fast and courteous. I highly recommend CCW for your flooring needs.

The sales person we dealt with was very courteous and took the time to explain their product. He helped us measure and gave recommendations on our situation with our RV. He gave us several generous samples to take home and see what matched the best.
Although they didn't do RV installations, he recommended an installer whom we selected. The installation was good.
We are pleased with the product and the service provided.

Perfectly. Two men came on time with the carpet I selected from their floor stock. Installation took about 4 hours and they replaced the carpet, pad and molding.

They did a great job and used the carpet that we had provided. They saved us money on the purchase as well and they took the time to eliminate the waste. We got good quality for the price. We are still enjoying it, no problems with it and it still looks good.

Overall, the salesman was courteous and responded quickly to our needs. The installation left something to be desired since a seam was visible in the most highly used area of the house. When we asked for help to improve this, they sent the installer back out promptly, but a month later the seam is just as visible as at first.

Actually, they were great. At the store, the gentleman helped us and showed us various carpet ideas. We wanted them out ASAP, but of course we didn't get all that we needed to get done before they came and so had to reschedule. It was no problem on their end and they came out a week later and it was completed very quickly.

We needed a replacement area rug for our living room and I called the Carpet Clearance Warehouse to inquire if they carried area rugs. A nice man answered the phone promptly and was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, they were happy to help me find the size and style of rug that I wanted. We have a carpeting project in one of our bedrooms that needs to be completed this summer and we will definitely be using their services again based on their excellent customer service and affordable pricing.

punctual, professional, timely, courteous. no surprises. maybe a little more caution could have been paid to molding, which was stained just before old carpet was taken out.

I had looked for sometime for carpet and for vinyl or perhaps laminate wood. I finally went to Carpet Clearance Warehouse as it is close to my house and they seemed to have good prices and their sales people where very helpful. But I was ready to make a decision when I walked into Carpet Clearance Ware House. Ralph, my salesman, scheduled someone to come over and measure the floors and then I went back in and chose my product. The price was determined for my square footage and then I produced my Angie's Coupon which was immediately honored and that saved me another $80.00.
The installers, Mr. Bill Kiegher and helper, Mr. Ross Moberly are the folks you want installing your new floors. These gentlemen showed up ready to go with all items needed to complete the job. The kitchen required a new subfloor before the vinyl could be laid. Big job. Bill and Ross where at my residence at 8:30 a.m. and were done with the job by 3:30 p.m. that afternoon. They were no nonsense, git-er-done craftsmen. These are the men you want laying your flooring. This was a very positive experience for me and I will go back to Carpet Clearance Warehouse.

I went into the store and was greeted by helpful staff. My situation was difficult since I live out of town and they were able to work with our time line perfectly.

it went very well. no problems. the floor is beautiful. my dogs sometimes have problems walking on the laminate as it is a little slippery but the laminate is not having any problems with my 3 big dogs. or my cats that like to go sliding across it and using their claws to stop. laminate is amazing stuff.
at one point i was worried about the underlayment they said i should use (platinum?) as Quick steps website says their warranty is no good if you dont use one of their underlayments but Chuck the boss, called Quick step and got their assurance that this underlayment met or exceeded their requirement. and I had found a coupon on their website about free underlayment with purchase of laminate. i wasnt using that underlayment so figured i would not be able to use the coupon but they applied the value of it against the price of the platinum underlayment which reduced the price considerably. its good stuff too. it makes it a lot quiter and warmer.
and about 2 weeks after the job was finished, i noticed the moulding between the 2 floors was starting to bow up a bit. i called them and the installers were out rightaway to fix it. these installers actually did some work on my existing railing above my stairway as it was wobbly, to make it sturdy.
i am very happy with my floor and the installation. my house looks much much better. they also offered 1 yr no interest payment plan which was a plus.

This is the second townhouse we have had all the flooring done by Carpet Clearance Warehouse. We found their prices to be very reasonable, and have been extremely pleased with the results. It's amazing to see what new flooring does for a place that has been rented for seven years. The salesman, Nace, was very pleasant and easy to work with. We discussed the options and made our selections. They were right on time to take the measurements, and worked with us when we had to delay installation due to some painting that was being done in the place. They removed all the old, disgusting carpet, and installed the new flooring quickly. The place looks better than new.

We closed on our new home on a Friday. The day before closing we visited CCW to see if they could do an immediate install of carpet in the home once we had the keys. They worked quickly to find a contractor willing and able to work on a weekend to get it in as soon as possible. They did find one and we purchased the carpet. While the salesmen were extremely helpful and professional, the same cannot be said of their intallation contractor. During the install, he layed out the carpet in a manner which left him short of material to finish the job. He then proceeded to insinuate it was the fault of the gentleman who measured the room. This "mistake" was going to cost us roughly another $300 in material. We cleared the matter up with the manager of CCW and they were gracious enough not to charge us for the mistake made by the install contractor. Additionally, the install contractor was very racisit in comments regarding Mexicans. He spent the whole of one discussion belittling Mexican workers, apparently with no knowledge that the "white girl" he was speaking to happens to be of Hispanic heritage. Overall we may use CCW in the future as their prices are reasonable and they treated us well but we will make sure we have a different installation contractor.
