it was awesome until my subwoffers no longer worked every other BuMp they cut off ( did not work).. but everything looked great until i realized that there was a ground cable loose not only was it connected in the same place a my other amplifier... (i DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THIS BUT I HAVE READ THAT YOU'RE GROUND WIRES SHOULD BE WIRED SEPARATELY ) IM SURE THEY CAN FIX BUT NOW THE FUSE UNDER THE HOOD IS BLOWN SO THATS ONE MORE THING TO ADD....I KNOW THAT THEY HAVE A LIFETIME INSTALLATION WARRANTY.... BUT IF THEY ARE AS GOOD AS THEY CLAIM WHY MESS IT UP AND NOT DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST PLACE......I KNOW MY SPEAKER BOXS IS NOT SECURED...WHY DID YOU NOT MAKE THE ATTEMMPTO HELP ME FIX IT, AT THE VERY LEAST MAKE A SUGGESTION ABOUT IT....THE REASON WHY IM TALKING ABOUT THE SUBS IS BECAUSE I ALREADY HAD THE SUBS BEFORE CARTOYS, HOWEVER THEY REWIRED MY AMP AND ADDED A 2 FARAD CAP....SO IN ALL REALITY THEY REWIRED MY WHOLE SYSTEM....
THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN FIX IT BUT TRUST ME WHAT THEY F*** UP IS AT THE BACK OF THE LINE NOT THE FRONT LIKE I SHOULD...I UNDERSTAND IT IS A BUSINESS BUT THEIR PRIORITY SHOULD BE THE PEOPLE WITH PROBLEMS THAT WHERE CAUSED BY THERE NEGLIGENCE.
FOCUS MORE ON QUALITY OF SERVICE AND TO YOURE LOYAL COSTUMERS....IF YOU DINT YOU WILL LOOSE THEM,
