Camila's Marble

This is another image of of what I found on BBB about Camilias. Two un answered complaint responses from the business. 2021 which resulted in a C rating and one in 2024 also, unanswered by the business. The work order was for Sheila Goldsborough. I am Leslie Rozzi and I posted this review for my mother.

A stone slab was selected for my island in my kitchen. Install day, there was a noticeable line down the middle of the island. I pointed it out was told to contact the company. When the owner came to look I was told it was part of the granite but they would replace it from the other part of the slab. I went down to look at it and I ok'd that. Weeks later, they came to swap it out but It was noticeably smaller than original order and paid dimentions on receipt. Plus, down the middle (again)a 1"by width of piece and a 2" by width of piect ran down it. You could see the blades used to polish it must had scraped and caused markings. I called they said the piece I picked out to replace was not longer available so they use another one but it wasn't large enough for the orininal measurements, but used it anyway because it was the same dark black. I told them it was unacceptable asked for a refund but was told they couldn't do that. Wrong size, and scraped granite. I'm at a loss..

Greet communication. Reasonable pricing. On time. Knowledgeable service tech. Would recommend.

these guys were awesome....its been a year since installation which is why i waited to review.....everything is just as promised.....granite countertops, with sink. the workmanship was very well done...well done all....i would most certainly use them again and would refer anyone to them... thank you camilas.

Nice selection to choose from. We had a few issues but these issues were quickly taken care of. I will recommend to my family and friends.

I like to support local companies, which led to my selection of Camila's. Having said that, the service we received is what prompted me to write a review. From measurements to installation, we were well cared for and I just love my new counters and sink!

Very pleased with my countertops.

Installers were very conscientious of my home, did a wonderful job installing and cleanup. I will definitely use them again. There was a lot of dust because they had to cut stove hole on site. Their price was much lower than anyone else so the dust was a small inconvience.

Great customer service and a diverse selection of granite to choose from. They also have a distinctive and creative showroom. We were very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and how quickly they completed our project. Communication was clear and concise - they requested we bring the sink and faucet to ensure that the drilled sections of counter slab lined up well. Will definitely go back for our next counter slab project.

Great product, customer service, value and company was easy to work with. My counter tops were Ready on time and installed at the appointment date.

Project started out well and overall customer service was ok but they did not inform me that I should get measurements and find a sink that would line up with my current plumbing so I accepted a sink that they provided. It did not line up at all. I called a plumber and he admitted that he would not be able to do the job so he called another "Master Plumber" whom I have used before and it took him 4 1/2 hours and a supply run and cost of new plumbing supplies. My bill was almost $500.00 for plumbing alone because of the complete tear out and rebuild that was necessary. When I called Camila's and told them that they should make their customer's aware of this and try to be pro-active in the process I was told by the salesman Sam that it is to be expected. He proceeded to raise his voice and argue and laugh at me in a condescending voice. His excuse was that the plumber was charging me too much. The owner was more understanding and said they would learn from this but no-one offered any financial assistance in paying for any extra charges incurred by me. A little bit of communication goes a very long way and I would have appreciated at least some. My plumber says that they deal with this a lot but that my situation was by far the most difficult to fix.

Quality work at a reasonable price. Their competitor was twice the price. They repaired a cracked granite counter top and modified a sink opening. If needed I would use them again. Left work space clean and acceptable. No issues.

They got a great group of people!
