The BumperDoc team was great. Eric was fantastic. He was very responsive to our particular situation. When they did not have the machine necessary to straighten our frame, he offered his vehicle to us (we didn't need it) which was very thoughtful. They communicated throughout and kept their costs to what was originally bid. The results are it looks great. The paint is perfect. We highly recommend them!

Someone backed into our vehicle putting a hole in the fiberglass on the rear bumper. We shopped around and not only was Bumper Doctor the best rate, but they stayed true to their quote while others only gave us a ball park between 500 - 1200 dollars. We were able to make an appointment right away and it only took a day for the job to be completed. The paint matched perfectly and the bumper looks brand new again. Hopefully I won't have to get body work done on my car in the near future, but if I do, I'll be sure to use Bumper Doctor again.

Although the car interior was vacuumed and shampooed, they did not vacuum all the dog hair from the interior. They completely missed under the seats, the back of the seats (carpeted), and the lift-hatch door (which was also carpeted). The inside windshield was not cleaned, and none of the door jambs were cleaned. For the price, it should have been a more complete job. I had to re-vacuum the car once I got home as well as cleaning all the door jambs. In the back of the passenger seats, there was still very visible dirt from handprints. If I only wanted the car to be sub-standard vacuumed and carpet shampooed, I would have paid a lot less and gone to a less expensive place....which would also wash the outside of the car. Very disappointed.

Work was sub par and car had some damage that was not there when I took the car in. Owner did not own up to the new damage, after some heated argument he agreed to fix the new damage and tried to make it he was doing me a favor. I know mistakes happen, but to lie and not own up to shop damage is bad business practice.

My vehicle was not ready when I came back to pick it up at the end of the work day. There was still dirt on the mirrors and other spots on the vehicle. Windows and windshield had streaks. There was a haze on the inside of the windshield. Did not clean the dash completely. The plastic covering the display was still dirty. Was not completely vacuumed. Trunk area was not vacuumed. Issues that were noticed immediately were fixed but found more later. They said to come back if I had any problems but the business was far out of my way. I fixed the rest myself. I was disappointed. Especially since they scored so high on this site.

They were very helpful. Clearly wanted to earn my business. I came in to get an estimate and the owners wife came to look everything over, when it came to exact price she grabbed one of their repair guys to give exact feedback, All of this was free. Whenever i contacted them over Angies List or over the phone they were quick to respond and very professional. They did a great job and were very quick about doing it.

They provided me with a competitive quote, and it took two days to repair. The only thing was that it took one week to get in one of the parts, but the prices for parts and labor were very reasonable, and the work makes my truck look like new.

But I picked my car up after dark & could barely see through the windshield. It was not clear & even though I had not paid for exterior detail, I felt like paying premium price, they could have at least rinsed the exterior off & cleaned the windows.

Due to family issues and travel, I was unable to make a reservation within the time limit of my Groupon. BumperDoc understood and extended the time. My car was detailed to perfection. BumperDoc personnel are personable and professional. I will definitely recommend them and use their services again.
