The window crew (I believe it was US Glass)was great! Did a good job with a quality product. Started when they said they would and finished on time.
Had to have the gutter folks come back to seal end caps. I have noticed since the work was completed that there is a bent gutter on the side of the house. Some gutter downspouts are not the same length and angle so we get drippage and leakage.
The project manager was always professional and attempted to get the teams out to make things right.
I guess I expected to have things the way they were before the damage but it is not quite right.
- Excellent! Project manager handled all details of plumbing, gas, electrical, floors and cabinet installation. Everything moved smoothly according to the project plan and when there was a bump-in-the-road, PM had other work done to remain on timeline.
"Thank you for taking time to review our performance. We appreciate that you recognized our project manager's efforts.
