Called a competitor (from the national chain), he was going to charge me $100 just for the service call, then at least $15 for the key blanks, and with tax and all it was going to come to about $150. He didn't have the key blanks in stock and he had to order them, then UPS didn't deliver them or something, it was a big mess (don't worry, I'm doing a separate review on him). It was refreshing to call Dennis. One call, $90 flat fee for a new car key, and he said he'd be to the house in less than an hour. He doesn't take checks. But that's not a bad thing, I think.
Description of Work: Replaced lost car keys.
