The franchise that I ordered my blinds from went out of business. I talk to Joe who took over this company and my account, so I thought he would provide the customer service for me. I wanted him to come out to check on my blinds but he was trying to tell me that there would be $35 charge just to come out. He was very arrogant and not very nice. He was very quick with me and would not help me what so ever. He told me to call the corporate office but eventually hung up on me and didn't give me the number. I was trying to be reasonable with him but he was just being very rude to me.
