It went well. The unit was installed in a timely manner and passed all inspections. Air flow wasn't getting to the upper floor as well as it should so Bruno sent a guy out to increase the vent size. It did improve however the upper floor still doesn't get as cool as the rest of the house. Although it is comfortable.

Our heater started smelling and stopped working. Called Brunos and they sent out a tech and ultimately had to replace the motor. Did a fine job and got us up and going again.

However there was no complaint from the tenant so I assume all went well.

Everyone I worked with on this project was courteous, prompt, and competent. During the trim work, the contractor noticed that two of the ceilings vents had been covered by the drywall. He was able to use an infrared thermometer with the heater running to detect where the holes were -- he quickly cut the holes and could continue his trim work without skipping a beat.

They did a full install on a custom home. They did an excellent job, and went beyond the engineer design.

Tech showed up on time and performed an inspection as requested. Changed a part on the AC unit and charged me for his time to inpsect the unit (as requested) and the part and time to change the part (not requested) costing me $180. The tech said the part and repair would get me a couple days of AC before it would break down again (not tested). He told me the unit needed a good cleaning that would cost me an additional $600. I asked for a quote for a new AC unit and a new Furnace, so I would consider the two options. He said he would provide that to me in two or three days. It's been three weeks and I haven't heard from anyone at Bruno's. So from my perspective, an inspection of the AC unit cost me $180. No receipt for my business expense (rental property) was provided.

Troy was concientious and diligent, and spent a lot of time discussing my very specific inquiries about possible solutions. He is easy to work with, he communicates well, and leaves nothing to chance. And the work is top-notch.

Bruno's responded to a and quot;Furnace-downand quot; situation at my rental property. I was not present at the time of service but the service tech had the furnace up and running in no time. This time it was a simple cleaning service, previously I've used Bruno's at the same rental property and they had to replace a part. The furnace is about 20 years old but the technician had all the tools and replacement parts he needed right there in is truck. I use Bruno's in my own home that's why I also trust them with my rental property.

Received bids from several HVAC companies. Chose Bruno's based on reviews from this web site as well as the BBB and other sources.
We have not been disappointed. The company has been punctual and completed the installation as promised. Price was fair. The installation crew (Jordan, Paul and Francisco) were excellent. Final inspection done bycompany owner Troy Bruno.
Unit is performing fine. What more can you ask for!

What a great company! We solicited bids from various HVAC including some of the more "common names" around town. I honestly had not heard of Brunos but they were recommended to us from someone. The system consisted of 2 furnaces and 2 AC units so a pretty big job. We had a "HVAC design" per Regional's current requirements and Brunos was able to actually adjust the system to be an overall better design. We are very pleased with them. Price was also very competitive (within a few hundred dollars of low bid so not an issue). Compared to other trades we have on-site, Brunos has been one of the most professional ones out there. Definitely worth a bid from these guys!

They checked the air conditioners and heaters, which were installed by another company previously, and said that things were a mess and it didn't look like they had passed inspection. I contacted Pikes Peak Regional Building, and they said that indeed the permits had not been pulled, so I called the previous company who had done the installation and got it done. My overall experience with them was good.

It is comforting to have a professional I can rely on to tell me the truth about the condition of my equipment and to ensure that his employees are high quality technicians with continuing training so that a homeowner can be assured that when a maintenance visit is completed, the equipment is safe and up to proper standards of efficiency. I first came to trust Mr. Bruno a number of years ago in my prior residence when he evaluated our very old furnace and recommended that NEXT YEAR we should have some major elements rebuilt for safety and efficiency. We then, at my request, discussed options of waiting versus doing the job now, as opposed to the additional option of replacing the furnace with a new one (which included the consideration of the quality of construction of current versus prior day equipment). At the conclusion, I felt that I could make a well-informed decision due to the expertise of Mr. Bruno. This goes to the old saying that a man doesn't just get paid for what he does, but also for what he knows! In addition to maintenance services, we have purchased a small humidifier which attached to our furnace, a new furnace, a and quot;whole house humidifierand quot; and a number of filters. I will say that In conclusion, I have always been
extremely satisfied with the end product received from Troy Bruno, whether it was work performed or advice received and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
