I would definitely use the service again.

Was very pleased when I got her out. I left the dog there for a week and I call in advance when I'm going to pick her up and they bath her and bring her out to the car for me. They don't charge for bathing if the dog has been there for a period of time. And they feed the dog or you can bring your own feed. They give you a discount after so many days.

I recently had to put one of my dogs to sleep. They were so good and patient with my dog. It was so much easier because they really seemed to care. They didn’t rush or anything. I take my dogs here for everything, such as surgeries and splints. Their vaccinations and prices are pretty reasonable. I rarely have to wait and they don’t rush you in and out, and they are open really good hours! They are open from 7-5:30 during the week, and they are open Saturdays, which is great! One of my dogs is 13 years old and I’ve been taking her here since she was 3 months old. I take all of my animals here and they’ve been really good to me. They do accept Care Credit.

They were referred to me by a friend of mine who worked with a vet tech at the Humane Society as being a place that has reasonable prices and yet gives good care. And that has been my experience. I don't think it's the nicest place. They don't have granite countertops and it is kind of retro, but they take good care of my pets.

They're wonderful! The staff all like dogs, which is great. They get down on the dog's level to say hi and take them to the back where they do the bloodwork, etc. They answered all my questions about owning a dog and how to take care of her.

We are very happy with everyone at Brown Vet! In particular Lindsay, the vet tech who specializes in dental care. She did a great job cleaning our pets teeth and fully explaining how the health of their teeth were afterwards. The receptionists, other vet techs and doctors we have used are excellent and very caring of our pets health.

I needed a veterinarian in an emergency. I searched Angies List and called Brown Veterinary Hospital. They were not able to get my dog in that day, but did refer me to Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs. The only reason I would not use them again is because I was very pleased with Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs

The whole experience went really well. The front-desk people actually knew what they were talking about and were very helpful. They weren't just there to process payments - they knew something about animals. I saw Dr. Hoffman and she was wonderful with my new dog. She got down on the floor and was very gentle. She also answered all of my questions. I would certainly return.

Update: I just went back and saw Dr. Johnson. Again, it was a great experience. I've gone in multiple times just to ask a question, buy some food, or get a copy of paperwork and they've always been helpful and punctual. I would recommend this vet x1000 :-)

Update: I've been to Brown Vet almost 10 times in the past year (for both my dog and cat and various foster animals) and every time has been great. They recently went through a renovation and the entire facility is now even nicer. I most recently saw Dr. McNabb and she was wonderful as well!

They are excellent. I use Dr Wellman and two other veterinarians there. Dr Wellman is without doubt one of the most intuitive veterinarians. He has had a lot of years of practice. He has been in practice for 20 years or so but he just knows animals and can tell what is wrong. He is very easy to communicate with. Price wise they are very reasonable.

Everything went on fine. They have been taking care of my dogs for everything for years. I am not about to quit after using them for 30 years.

They are very good. The one that I use is extremely straight forward and very good with the estimates. He is very experienced and good. He doesn't charge you for a lot of things that you don't need. He always tries to be very honest.
