We called looking for a wheelchair to rent and were quoted weekly and monthly rates so we went to the facility to pick up the wheel chair and were told by the same employee that we spoke with on the phone that they did not have any wheelchairs; so we wasted time and gas.
Description of Work: I used Brady's Rent All to try to rent a wheelchair.

 + -1 moreThey said they would arrive about 10 AM with the delivery. I called at 10:30 when they still hadn't arrived. The person I spoke to was very professional and apologetic; said they were more busy than expected. He promised to go help load the truck himself and guaranteed delivery by 11:30. They arrived just shortly after 11. All the items we rented were as expected, although the tables were pretty scarred and definitely required tablecloths.
Description of Work: We rented tables, chairs, BBQ grills, and miscellaneous equipment for a party. They delivered all items on a Friday and returned for them the next day. Trusted them enough (they're family owned and operated) to give them the code for my garage door so I wouldn't need to be there for the pickup.
