They said they would arrive about 10 AM with the delivery. I called at 10:30 when they still hadn't arrived. The person I spoke to was very professional and apologetic; said they were more busy than expected. He promised to go help load the truck himself and guaranteed delivery by 11:30. They arrived just shortly after 11. All the items we rented were as expected, although the tables were pretty scarred and definitely required tablecloths.
