Extremely responsive and accommodating on installing the ADT security system. Worked with previous owners during their post-occupancy to get a security system installed as required by our home insurance due to wildfire areas. They were very sensitive to that relationship and situation, and I was very glad I went with them.

Came for the first appt could not complete work due to not having dealer code which I would understand no issues. Second appt after I got dealer code to do work no show. I had to call an hour after scheduled appt time. Was told they got busy and forgot but could reschedule in two days??? Why would I reschedule with them after waiting all day for no show because they got busy and forgot???

"Hello Bernie, I am truly sorry that we were running late to our second appointment, but we only ask for your honesty. You had a 20 year old system that no other company would help you out with, besides our company. We didn't have the master code because you could not provide it, and your old company wouldn't give it to you. We have no control over that unfortunately. We cant get into a system that's locked out by another company. Secondly, Yes we will take full accountability for running an hour late due to my technician taking his time with a 92 year old elderly woman. Our technician was being sweet and took a good amount of time showing her how to work her new system. Honestly, we would do it all over again the same way to help ensure her safety. We explained to you that this was the situation on the phone, and hoped you would empathize."

I had a 20 year old DSC alarm system which was not working properly. I thought it would have to be replaced but Alec and Scott came out and fixed the issue. No pressure to buy a new system and not fix the current one. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and respectful.. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone wanting an honest company.

We had an existing system but replaced it with ADT due to couple of intrusions we had on our property. Boom Security provided amazing service in answering all our questions for concerns and needs. They were very prompt and professional from first inquiry to install. The previous company we had told us we could not have exterior cameras due to having to drill too far for power source and etc. but the installer from Boom Security was able to come out and do it without any complaint and/or issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
